Any team with more than 1 perimeter scoring threat would immediately become a threat to have 1 of their secondary scorers go nuts. The Heat play zone to hide Duncan, Thibs only plays man to man, explain how we get away with having him on the court against those teams, because the Nets, Celtics and Hawks would hunt him without mercy every time down the floor.
How do the Heat play zone "to hide Duncan Robinson" when the Miami Heat played zone even before he became a starter in 2019-2020?
Heat 2019 = Top 10 Defense.
Heat 2010 = Top 5 Defense.
Let's not make up stories about Heat playing zone "to hide Duncan Robinson" when they ALREADY played zone defense before his arrival.
"The Miami Heat have deployed the zone defense regularly over the last few seasons or so. It could turn out to be a major weapon in the Orlando NBA bubble."
Let's stop with the fake news man.
Teams play zone to hide their weakest defenders in the corners of the 2-3, or to snuff out the offense of a team that can't shoot, how do you not know this? They ran the zone almost every time Herro and Robinson were on the court together, once their zone defense got broken they were done.
There's no way you watched Robinson play, all you do is spam his shooting stats from last year without even realizing he had a down year this year.
(Bet you didn't know he just became the fastest player All-Time to 500 3's made. But I did because I've read up all about him and watched him countless amount of times (just like I'm watching team USA play right now & @ 9:00 will be watching the NBA finals too).
I live in Florida and watch a lot of Miami games during nights my Knicks aren't playing out of boredom and I know you're full of it.

Um. I think I'll take the advice and knowledge on Duncan Robinson's defense from paid professional sports writers (along with my own eyes) before listening to someone such as your's who obviously doesn't watch a lick of Miami Heat basketball (with a user name like "NoDopeOnSundsys).
It's more than obvious you know nothing about Duncan Robinson's defense and know nothing about how bad our Knicks such on offense too from 3.
