Have they figured out how much the extra revenue will be from federal legalization and taxing of marijuana?

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Yeah, libs say, see I told you. Cons say fake news.
What’s not really debatable is the damage Golfy McBonespurs has done
and continues to do.
And Cons have (in truth) stopped caring whether or not tRump
is Vlad’s guy as long as he validates their grievances.

so the pee tapes do exist... who cares? damage is done already
congratulations to Putin on successfully corrupting the Republican Party I guess
how much did that whole effort cost him? Less than $10 million I bet
that must be incredibly satisfying to a former KGB guy who lived through the humiliation of the collapse of the USSR to be *personally responsible* for Trump and subsequent disintegration of the US empire

Scariest thing I’ve read today is the notion that Tucker Carlson
might have political ambitions. His TV ratings combined with
the history of the last four years suggests he could be successful.

Once Tucker started doing this

It was pretty clear where he was heading imo

I see the russiagate conspiracy theory is still strong amongst democrats. Lol that conspiracy theory is as pathetic and goofy as the Obama birther nonsense. So hacky and partisan.

I'm feeling a sense of DeJa-Vu, Russiagate (Trump campaign "colluded" with Russia in the 2016 Presidential campaign), was proven true, read the Senate Report on the issue.

What do you actually mean by "russiagate conspiracy theory"?
Or what do you think dems mean when they talk about the Golfy McBonespurs/Putin relationship?
Let's see if we can clarify the terms we are speaking of.
But I'll start...
There are lots of things we actually do know. I'll start with the fact that we
know there were (in 2016) meetings (or communications) between people on one side
with connections to the tRump campaign and on the other side with the Russian govt.
And we know the folks on the US side lied about the existence of those connections.
Why do you think Manafort took the campaign mgr job without getting paid?

Biden won, Bernie didn’t, get over it. And stop trying to justify the fact that you voted for Trump over Hillary. You were wrong then and you’re still laughably wrong now.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XXX
If memory serves, Mueller found that the Trumps were too STUPID to collude properly, despite Russia's every effort to do so. So this is just more of the same - Russia did in fact want to help.
You may be right that in the end, the massive dumpster fire that was 2016 was probably only like 5% Russia's fault and 95% the Republicans being either cowards who didn't have the spine to stand up to Trump or straight up evil bastards who saw an opportunity to grab cash and power and sold their souls to the devil without a second thought.
You're right TGW - we're the evil ones. I mean it's true. Russia did their part trying to throw gas on the fire but in the end we're collectively responsible for our failure and boy oh boy was 2016 a huge fricking failure. GOP for being cowardly/evil, Dems for running a 1990s campaign - you know it's not that they didn't try hard, I don't think that's it, I think they just couldn't imagine Michigan/Wisconsin/Pennsylvania/etc. being competitive, which was stupid.
What I think is interesting is Republicans are always saying "the polls you see on CNN are wrong, we *know* we are doing better than that" and the Dems are the ones saying "no we're doing fine" and it's the Republicans who have been right the last four years. Fool me once in 2016 fine but why did they get fooled again in 2020? Republicans know how to poll their base and the Dems just don't. That's maybe the most unforgiveable thing. Also the Republicans know how to spend money effectively and the Dems still don't. There's no way the Dems should be ceding this much ground to a party they are beating by at least 6 points every election. Don't whine to me about gerrymandering - gerrymander better! Don't moan and b!itch about lying - lie right back! Don't whine to me about being attacked - attack back! These people are PURE EVIL. There is NO REASON not to call them out on it! And you can make stuff up about them - just don't ever admit it or apologize!
Except for the vaxx deniers. I don't know why the GOP is still insisting on badmouthing the vaccine. They did their job - they killed an extra 100,000 Dem voters at least with their intentionally murderous negligence. But now I think they are mostly killing Republicans. Just do that super evil about face you did after making up the lies about the immigrant caravan - just pretend it never happened. Republicans voters are stupid and easy to manipulate - they'll forget if you tell them to.

I'm not saying we should let GOP anti vaxxers die but we are doing pretty much ok nationwide, as far as infections and deaths go, and as long as we focus vaccination efforts in the cities where the risk of spread is the highest we should be ok.

I think there was a widespread under appreciation since 2016 for just how large and how mobilized the
basket of deplorables would end up being. They found their guy or maybe their guy found them.
