That's why Pat was willing to reserve all his cap space. For a chance to bask in Giannis' greatness. Going to be something when Durant joins him in Milwaukee next year.

at the end of the day, after the Heat loss, I was legit rooting against the Nets. KD Harden teaming up in the East ain't coolio.

glad Bucks stopped them from having an instant EZ success that they didn't deserve. GG

Move over LeBron and Durant, there’s a new sheriff in town. Giannis is bigger, stronger and much younger.

Enjoy this moment, the next decade belongs to Giannis. And to think he did it without a super team in as small of a market as possible after committing long term.

So much respect Giannis, you earned it.

Giannis is the best basketball player on the planet.

A post from GB

If it wasn't for KD's big feet. We may have a different champ.

Big men continue to rule the league. Anthony Davis last year. Giannis this year.

Where the hell was Cameron Payne in the second half? He was the Suns best player by far in the first half, and then doesn't see the court after that. Crazy!

Bottom line is, Giannis proved he can be the best player on the floor for an NBA Champion. He's legit, and we were right in prioritising his signature above all else. It backfired, but nothing ventured nothing gained. The dude just dropped 50/13/5 in a title clincher...

Now, the fit with Jimmy and Bam would've been "interesting", but hey, we'll never know how Spo would've schemed this one.

Do I think they're the best team in the NBA? No. Do I think they're the best team in the East? No. Are they the NBA Champs? Yep.

They probably should be a 2nd round L, Bish, but bottom line is they're holding the cup right now. Reminds me of Toronto 'chip a couple seasons ago tbh.

You right, their champs. Proves that they could win a chip with some favor-- like most teams.

Jimmy/Bam/Giannis woulda bn awful tho

No different to the Suns really. Healthy Lakers, health Clippers/Jazz all would've given them trouble along the way.

Ultimately, if my team wins a 'chip, I couldn't give a chit if we had favour or not. I'll take it regardless - it's bloody hard to win in the NBA.

I thought he went 50+14 and 17-19 from free-throw, missing piece most probably retiring in Milwaukee now let's move on to the next one in LA.
