I don't understand the Davion pick. I get why people liked him, do not get him for the Kings. At all.

I'm so tired of this franchise, man.

I think his run on a great Baylor team really overrated him. I had him in the 20s range, I think his shooting was a fluke and while he's a good defender I think he's going to really struggle offensively.

The Kings' 2 best players are PGs.
The Kings traded for a PG at the trade deadline.
The Kings just drafted a PG. Not in the 2nd round. Not in the 20s. In the top 10.

This isn't a case of "we already have a SG, we can't draft another SG in the top 5!" reasoning. This is just a flat out abysmal selection.

At some point you just have to admire the sheer incompetence of the Kings' front office irregardless of who's in charge.

We might have been able to trade down for OKC's two late picks and got the two guys I wanted. Trey Murphy and Garuba. Welp, at least we got a point guard who shoots 64% from the free throw line.

We'll see. I don't think they get a better offer

I was being homer on the Simmons thread and not saying how I truly felt. Simmons advanced stats dwarfs Fox's. I don't even know if the Kings record has been better with Fox playing or injured the the last two years (Id have to look it up). I would trade Fox for Simmons, and part of my end game options was Davion, to turning Fox into a positionless Simmons.

I know you know him personally, and I respect Fox's game and the fact he wants to play here. If the Simmons stuff is based on thin air than I will support our new three headed dragon

All of a sudden Delon Wright and/or Terrance Davis is expendable. Trading Delon could be the path to freeing cap for Richaun.

Once Thor was gone we decided on Big man N. Queta . We were not sold on Edwards enough after Thor was gone

Had no idea who he was but after a quick read he's pretty intriguing. Lots of conference accolades which is nice, we're definitely going the defensive route this draft.
