Is there no ‘summer league’ again? Warriors need to host another ‘Dubble’ and get our young guys to play against the Santa Cruz Warriors as well as some Warrior rotation guys.

Mannion is getting great experience in the Olympic and even though I haven’t watched any games I feel the experience is like an extended season.

There’s a normal summer league this season.

The Warriors play 2 games in a mini-summer league in Sacramento on the 3rd and 4th (i.e. Tuesday and Wednesday).

They play a full summer league in Vegas starting August 9th. They’ll play at least 4 games there.

The broadcast schedule is here: https://www.nba.com/warriors/news/summer-league-20210728.
If I don't have anything funny to say, can I still have a signature?

There is. He was just trying to say he wanted to see that specific lineup which can't happen because Wiseman won't be playing in summer league.

Just goes to show how incredible this draft still looks. Still has a chance to be the best ever.

Same. Him and Hyland were my favorites at 14 before Moody dropped. And both of them look great so far.

That being said, my final reason for having Moody higher than them was based on age... I thought those two were/are better players, but Moody could easily be better than them in a few years. We shall see.

Keep in mind too that these guys are getting opportunities that Moody and Kuminga are not.. but I just watched Murphy's last game and his jumper is super wet, especially from the corner. I just traded him in a dynasty league for MPJ straight up thanks to 2 preseason games, so I'm a happy camper :D

I think he's legit, but I also think he's going to be a focus for defenses early on his career because of it. I might be wrong on this one, but I'm willing to take the risk because I dont think there's a chance he returns the same value as MPJ does in a points league, probably at any stage of his career, unless MPJ goes down for the count

Cam Thomas is getting a lot of notice. Harden said he's a better scorer as a rookie than he was.

If Kyrie doesn't get vaccinated, Thomas may get a lot of minutes.

He's "rebuilding" so he wants a lot of rookies. Our league is really complex because we also factor in their actual salaries, because we have an overall team cap and a starting lineup team cap. The overall cap doesn't matter much (250m total for 15 man rosters) but for the starting lineups, which are 1 PG/SG/SF/PF, 2 Cs, 2 (Gs), 2 (Fs), you can only play 150m on any given night. The league is so specific the commissioner had to write the program for it from scratch 5 years go.. big money and lots of **** talking :D

I also have pick swap rights with one of the worst teams in the league because I traded him Kyrie and Myles Turner for John Wall, Al Horford, and their 2021 1st, and a 2022 pick swap (in 1st). I could get Holmgren!

Murphy is good, but people fall for this trap every year, thinking the 22-year-old would've been the better pick over the 18 yr old because he's better right away

not saying Murphy won't be good, but confirmation bias this season is a terrible way to judge.

The guy that I think everyone will look back on and wonder why everyone passed is Sengun. That guy is a stud.

I have no idea where you put him defensively though.. he can keep up with predictable scrubs but earlier in the game got turned around quite a bit with just backup level players. Offensively though he's really similar to Sabonis. But his lack of speed, below average size/length for a C.. I'm worried there. Has magnets in his hands though, which may make up for a lot. But seemed to guess a lot on plays. We'll see when the season starts but I think he'll be way overrated by fans because his offense is gonna look real nice, and people will rely heavily on the Jokic/Marc Gasol comps, but those guys were just way bigger and are at about the same speed

Josh Giddey is going to be really good. Extremely high basketball IQ.
