I am so happy for the Miami heat.

This is one franchise that I know will appreciate all the Intangibles Lowry brings.

Between Lowry & Butler, Spo & Riley. The leadership on this team is UNREAL!!!

The Heat will be my #2 team this season. Goodluck guys! Treat our boy well <3

I'll be watching Miami a lot this season as well. Go get another ring!

Finally I got a reason to wear my Miami heat shorts. That booty will bring you guys lot's of joy, heart & grind. Let's go heat! To be honest, he's the better Chris Paul.

Major rumour..

I can't reveal sources (obviously), but the Raptors have until Thursday to deal Dragic for assets or cap space they want. If they are unable to find a third team Miami has to send more compensation for taking on Dragic.

This is part of the S&T agreement, but it's also why you haven't heard anything outside of what's for sure. Raptors are absolutely getting Precious, and a Second. If they deal Dragic, they get those assets as well. If they can't find a buyer, I'm told Miami will owe Toronto either Okpala, a pick, or both.

(P.S. I'm being told the Lillard trade rumors are absolute bull -- at this time at least).

That rumour is the first time Okpala has ever been considered "more compensation"

There is a bit of potential somewhere. Has good size/length for his position and good defensive fundamentals, but his inconsistent shooting, shaky handles and mental mistakes have plagued his tenure here. I still have hope that he'll get it some day and hopefully it's here and this is the year, but yeah as of now he's just a scrub :)

It looks like he is not apart of the trade. Precious was the prize anyway. The Raptors may be stuck with Dragic though. He will be tough to move for something of value considering he is making 19M this year.

+1

People are excited but we've locked ourselves into a short window to win a title and we don't even have enough to talk about winning a title.

Oh well, I'll just keep hoping that our youth pans out. That Turkish guy looks promising AF. If he pans out, him, Bam, and Butler would make for a great frontcourt.
