Re: Fake Trade Thread #3
How can we leverage our spare cap space by bringing in a PG who is currently under contract and leverage an additional asset out of it (a future 1st) the way we did with Plumdog?
Which team has a surplus of PG’s and could use the cap space?

Solid option.

Goran Dragic. We need to get him away from the Raptors. Trade the NOP first for him

Kemba + 3 1sts for Rozier
On a more serious note:
George Hill (76ers)
Rondo (LAC)
Tyus Jones (MIN)
D.J. Augustin (HOU)
?
Not that many.

Probably have to look to 2023 for a Monk type of player. Malachi Flynn,Jevon Carter... The Sixers always seem to be shuffling the deck. Maybe Tyrese Maxey could be sniped with that NO first?
Other than that, and pending what teams do the rest of the way in free agency, it may be a wait-and-see-what-develops scenario. Charlotte can always find a veteran on the market or lean on Riller for a short time.

What (unimportant) could we send the other way to salary match?

after drafting Suggs could Cole Anthony be available from Orlando?
He's young but he did a solid job last year

Otherwise I heard that Jazz would like to dump Jo Ingles, he is a good ball handling wing who can play point guard in a pinch.
He is expiring at $12.5 mill

Re: Fake Trade Thread #3
I would see if we can have Terrance Ross for free, Magic are up against the cap and he doesnt really fit their rebuild. They were shopping him to Knicks before.
I would not give up that first for him tho...

The Wizards didn't have the cap space to sign Dinwiddie and neither did the Kings with Holmes. The Wizards are going to move Kuzma and Harrell to the Nets most likely, but I don't know what the Kings are going to do.

I don't think the CBA allows newly acquired players to be instantly traded in conjunction with other players.
It has to be a one in, one out kinda deal.
