One thing about the RoLo signing in ORL:

They have Wendell Carter Jr, Mo Bamba, and Robin Lopez who are all pure Cs. Why would RoLo sign there if he wasn't guaranteed a role? And if he was guaranteed a role... one of the other 2 must be picking up scraps. Might be a good time to see how available Mo Bamba is

Too expensive unless part of some bigger trade.

Looney would bridge the gap, and hes an overall better rebounder, defender, and health risk than Looney. Looney's saving grace is his familiarity here

Absorbed into a TE would work too, if Oubre gets one

Not sure if I understand the humor as to why this is an "LOL" but Myers specifically said he wanted to find a stretch big who can shoot the 3. Belly certainly fits the role Myers was looking for, as well as being a very good passer to fit in with Kerr's ball movement offense. And also signed him for the minimum. Not sure who else you were expecting for the minimum.
