Patty stripped Khris b2b. His defense is underrated. Cant believe Brooklyn got him.

It's a pattern that USA wears other teams down.

Yeah, the overall chemistry and cohesion is lacking with this Team USA squad, but between the 9 players in their rotation, they have a combined 29 All-Star appearances. Durant and Lillard are responsible for 17 of those, but everyone else (besides Draymond) that's a 1 or 2 time All-Star are young players who likely have more All-Star appearances in their future.

Point being, despite the lack of chemistry and cohesion, Team USA is still chock full of NBA All-Star quality talent.

Was it boring when USA were losing to the likes of Nigeria, Australia, etc early? When GB predicted USA wouldn't medal?

Or was that exciting?

You're talking about FIBA Patty Mills. NBA Patty mills is a notch or two lower.

To be fair that would be a game I would actually tune in to with true anticipation, and so would the world. Tough to manage the anticipation for a tournament that way though (obviously does not work for the Olympics). We might actually get most of our best players to show up for that one.
