Springer must either be doing something with his shot or is having issues with the NBA 3 distance. Everything is remarkably short.

Probably a combination of poor game conditioning and all Keith Williams' bad advice running through his head when he's about to shoot it.

If Joe had a little more size he could be the 3&D guy we really need.

But i think he would crack the rotation from here to two more seasons, he needs to keep bulking up tho
