DeAndre Jordan Could Join Lakers If Bought Out By Nets

The Los Angeles Lakers could emerge with interest in DeAndre Jordan should he agree to a buyout with the Brooklyn Nets. Jordan's minutes declined with the Nets as the 20-21 season progressed and a buyout could save the team on its luxury tax bill.

Jordan signed a four-year, $40 million deal with the Nets during the 2019 offseason. 

Jordan spent 10 seasons playing for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Gasol is still a big question mark right now. Plus, adding a 3rd big man that can be a force on the defensive end would emulate what they had with Howard and McGee.
