Keeping Bruce is a an underrated move.

Its nice to bring continuity especially when in terms of developing an important skill in today's game.

Shooting isnt developed over night.

Was ready that when Westbrook changed the arc of his shot from 41% to 46% as the angle, his FG% went up something like 3%. The are so many camera angles now that the video analytics are now actually stats-analytics.

It has never been a better time to be a shooting coach. There is so much information for them to work with.

As an aside, this reminds me how flat Nick Anderson's jumper was.

This is an important point, but none of us know what the Shooting coach actually does day-to-day, and there is thus no mechanism for us to evaluate this.
