His weight is down because he's recovering from a knee injury. I trust him to know what's best for his body.

I would think his weight would be up instead of down due to a debilitating injury which rendered him sedentary.

I'm a huge fan of IQ and want him to succeed but it's pretty apparent that his body mechanics are quite chaotic so it may take awhile before he can refine his movements until the mid range game is dependable.

 Arrow, how can you even tell? It's just a light scrimmage against bums. Let's wait and see what they look like in pre-season games. Only one month away.

Knicks will focus on developing IQ for sure. He has shown to be clutch and ability to have big games.

Kemba looks real happy to be in NYC. Hopefully this rejuvenates his career.

This is why RJ's point totals aren't going up or are just going up a little.

He'll be much better this year. He'll also get less shots. He'll also get a lot better shots and the floor will be more open.

18 ppg, but a much better looking player. And he looked pretty good last year, with the obvious flaws we've discussed a zillion times. Those will be mitigated by not being asked to do as much, plus he's going to be better.

Here's some OLFT (Obi Lance F*cking Toppin) clips, working on the midrange post ups

*Obi is going to look better this year as well. Not a giant leap, because minutes, but significant.

I hope Thibs plays him at the 5, in addition to the back-up 4 minutes.

That's the position where he was most efficient at Dayton, and which elevated him to top 10 pick status.

The hope is that his athleticism helps him develop as a rim protector (not necessarily elite but a little at least), along with development from the coaching staff. He showed flashes on defense his rookie year that were somewhat encouraging.

Haven't you been one of Obi's biggest detractors?
