I have a greater respect for the Wolverine Studios SIM. Nice to see LeBron go for 52 PTS but this is like playing against your friends and just spamming the same move over and over.

Wish it was more like the BaF SIM results with more team play, true to statistics outside shooting, and adhering to the rotations and minutes.

I liked what I saw from my squad at least. I ran a few pick and pops for MPJ down the stretch. Haliburton even got a few chances to run the offense.

When you have that big like Lebron/KD/Giannis who can handle I think the sim engine just spams that turbo button because its like a auto dunk.

Hmmm, not sure. But I don’t give the CPU’s AI that much credit. Cuz I had my rotation set to give LeBron mins at PF too and he played the same exact way. No kickouts to shooters despite being a top 3 passer in the league and having high 3pt volume shooters around him. His only passes are throwing alley’s. This is like NBA Jam from back in the day.

I have the same problem with shooting threes. Despite having Harris, Augustin, Porzingis, Luka, Richardson, and Bey, my Pacers are shooting 20% or less from three in the 6 games I have played. Everyone of those players shoots 33% or much higher. It is really stupid

I made that run while LeBron was out (end of 1st/2nd qtr). Then basically held onto dear life at the start of the 3rd when Curry was drunk. And then when I got up big late in the 4th the LeBron dunk fest started.

Normally teams would just double LeBron and force him to pass. Maybe it was 2K Pops strategy to just give LeBron dunks and not let your shooters shoot. And then trust that my 3's would beat lebrons dunks

the 2k20 sim is ridiculous. I think Curry has made 1 3 in 3 games on 2k20

At least in Melo's next Gen guys actually hit 3's. I shot like 38% from 3 the last couple games.

I also won’t take too much from these games cuz our BaF SIM allows us to set coaching strategies.

For instance Curry was getting wide open attempts all game out of the pick and roll. In BaF I will be using the SWITCH defensive scheme which should neutralize those sets.

I will also be rolling with a BALANCED offensive scheme which should spread the ball around more and maximize LeBron as a passer with all these weapons around him. Every player in my 10-man rotation averaged double digits in scoring IRL. So it’s whack seeing LeBron play as a one man army dunkathon with zero shooting from 3 by his teammates in 2K.
