It's unlikely the plaintiff has the hard evidence to make this stick.
Rich Paul isn't stupid. None of this will be in writing. It will be interesting to watch though.

A little off topic, but Nerlens Noel is a productive NBA player.
I never understood why he couldn't see the floor under Carlisle. He's a bit of a knucklehead, but doesn't seem like a locker room cancer or anything like that.
When I think of Nerlens Noel, I think of an example of why the Mavericks weren't successful for a decade under Carlisle. RC's rigidness rubbed players the wrong way and his reputation got around the league. I think Noel is an example of this. A player's coach would have figured out a way to keep Noel engaged & productive for the team.
