That was my initial response too. After reflection it might not be so bad. Gupta will take over. He's a bright guy.
Apparently this was all Rosas doing. Jonny K said no one else to blame but himself. He wouldn't elaborate.

Most of us saw some great progress with last years draft picks. We had vision for a big turnaround. The shock is if we were going to do this it should have been done months ago. Not right before training camp.
