If Rosas was legitimately doing things that were problematic, then I am obviously much more ok with the firing. I still view it as a seriously potential disaster for the team though. He had a direction, he had a vision. Anyone new we bring in will have their own and that means more moves, more retooling, more rebuilding. We cannot have any kind of consistency in this organization and that has destroyed us for well over a decade now.

A lot has been said already. I've been tied up with my day job, so hadn't had time to sit down and read until now.

My thoughts:
-Timberwolves are cursed.
-It's always something with this team.
-It's clearly not basketball related.
-Glad we still have Gupta.
-Gupta and Finch do have same history in Houston as Finch had with Rosas.
-Is Target Center built on a burial ground?
-We still have lots of reasons for optimism.
-The season is not over.
-Media Day will be juicy on Monday!

Why can't we catch a break? At first I thought maybe he had under the table deals regarding the Simmons trade talks and he had to be dismissed in order for the organization not to be sanctioned as well. But I guess, the evidence points to something not basketball related. Looks like we'll have to wait.

Side note: We suck so much, that now we have a more interesting Media Day compared to the 76ers and their quest with Simmons.
