Yes, but his ball-handling is highly suspect, he moves like he has a (small) stick permanently stuck up his a**. Kind of reminds me of Mario Hezonja in that regard, although he is better than him. In my opinion, Maxey is much more a PG than Shake is (although Maxey is not a PG either).
