Game 1: Utah Jazz (0-0) vs Oklahoma City Thunder (0-0)

Post#1 » by Inigo Montoya » Fri Oct 15, 2021 1:34 pm

The pre-season games for the Jazz are over and the new season is almost upon us. The first game (on Wednesday, October 20) is almost here.

Hope for a good and injury-free season for all teams. Good luck to the Jazz.

The Thunder are a plucky team with some talent in SGA and Dort. They shouldn't be able to keep pace with the Jazz's scoring though.

Glad to see Favors so early in the season to get that out of the way. Loved having him on the team but his limitations didn't allow the team to get to their destination. Will always be one of my favorite Jazz players for a variety of reasons and I wish him the best in this new chapter.

Favors only played in one preseason game for a total of 15 minutes. Favors and Muscala each started one game at center and Roby started two games. Not sure how accurate the ESPN depth chart is, but they have the depth chart for center as Roby, then Favors and then Muscala. Roby left the last game early with knee soreness.

Must win. Other result would be a big and negative surprise.

Go Jazz.

Nothing but a convincing win on this one. Hoping for a season where Mike Conley play with no injuries. He is the key for us!

A great season, since it is well-established that the Jazz play 82 trap games every season (playoffs not included).

Final score should be something like 121-105. I expect the Jazz to be rested, comfortable and have multiple guys shooting the lights out.

Playing at home will be a huge. They are one of the worst projected team. Being the 1st game with everyone with a chip in their shoulder.

Mitchell playing like hot garbagio. Generally like what I see from everyone else for the most part.

Whiteside looking really good. Could be one of the best signings of the offseason if you consider he signed for $2.4M.

Great game by Bogey, Clarkson, and Rudy. Mitchell had a nice second half, but sometimes I think he tries too hard and is in his head too much.

It is really weird with browsers. Mine does not work at all in chrome but is great in edge, only think I use edge for.

We did not play great at all... but it was enough. When you are a balanced and deep team, you can win bad teams without too much effort.

Jazz win.....hoping for an 81 game win streak.

30% from 3 is not good, but won by 21.

Whiteside with 10 rebounds is great.
Rudy is the man.
Clarkson looks good.

Go Jazz
