I would say we are going to get to at least 4 more of these threads. Nothing happens until December 15th at the earliest IMO.

I'm just sad at this point. I want us to stop being subjected to this. I need a resolution so I can fully enjoy the season!

He can if he can still get paid. We'll see what happens.

What’s the longest thread ever on this forum?

Probably the Welcome Danny Granger thread. What a lengthy discussion.

I mentioned it before, but the only way I see a three way with Simmons and Ingram is if Minnesota decides it’s better to get rid of Towns now. I think Towns is the stretch five center that fits best with Zion. Simmons-Russell-Edwards in Minn. Ingram to Philly.
Odds of that happening are sub-5% for sure.
There is zero smoke that Ingram and Zion don't get along. They get along just fine. Lets see a link from one credible source that they don't get along? lol!
I tried finding a link, but was unable to do so. This was around the time the “Griffin played the piano for Zion” rumor came out (which Zion debunked later on). One excerpt involved a summer league (?) gathering where Zion didn’t interact with any of the NOLA coaches/execs, including Ingram. Anyone recall seeing something similar?

We have 100s of trade threads but lock them at 100 pages.

I should have been clearer. I was referring more to a specific thread that had the most “parts” and never ended.

I have my doubts we even got offered CJ McCollum and players like that - I’m guessing it’s more like Malik Beasley and trash like that. Other teams know we are in a tough spot - they’re not going to offer anyone that’s any good.

Worst time to trade Simmons is now.
Wait to near trade deadline when teams have figured if they are competing or not. They will
Make the trade.
After last night fiasco blowing 10 point lead. Trading for junk players would still result in a loss by sixers.
The only way I see sixers doing junk deals is if embiid knees get worst or he suffers season ending injury. Than future picks would be better option. Not that future picks would result in top 5-7 overall picks. But they would add complementary players. And sixers tank this season if embiid goes down to get their own top 4 pick.

Hot take: Simmons will eventually make amends with the Sixers and last longer in Philly than both Doc Rivers and Daryl Morey
Faked our deaths, lit a match
Closed the door, waited for the flash
Greyhound Station, we paid in cash
Miss Lazarus, we’re coming back

I'd offer Simmons that. We fire Rivers and you come back. Kill 2 birds with one stone lol. Rivers sucks anyways.

Questions about the history of this board makes me wonder if Ben Simmons considered developing HART.
