LeBron James Out With Ankle Injury As Lakers Take 'Marathon Approach'

The Los Angeles Lakers kept LeBron James out of Tuesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs due to a sore right ankle.

Frank Vogel, when asked about James' injury, said the team is taking "a marathon approach" with him.

James suffered the injury in Sunday's win against the Memphis Grizzlies when Desmond Bane fell into James' right leg after scoring a layup.

James missed 26 games last season with a high right ankle sprain, but Vogel said the Lakers star did not aggravate that injury.

"Same ankle. Different spot. Different injury," Vogel said.

Ah yes, a bronsexual defending the greatest athlete of all time with minutes played and age. GTFO man, he played the rest of the game and didn't even struggle more than usual. He looks for any excuse to sit out to rest and let the rest of his team take the heat because he doesn't know how to lead when he is losing. I believe him this time. He wants to gel with teammates. He wouldn't make the same mistake twice. He knows the chemistry won't click with him out. I don't feel sorry for him at all. All his antics are catching up with him. Stacking the deck every chance he gets. All just to make a false goat claim which he will never be. Mj just flat out is better than you
