The Knicks are trash. We beat them if we're healthy.

it will be a tough game and we will be at a size disadvantage with mitchell robinson. birch needs to start the next game.

In Masai we trust.

Can’t believe we wanted Suggs or Kuminga

Honestly, the whole league looks kinda trash. I think Miami has as good of a shot as anyone to win it all this year.

He’s in a contract year.

I hate it, but I could see them moving him and just giving his minutes to Achiuwa. I like that he’s Canadian and I think he’s actually playing a bit better than at the start of the season but someone is going to give him more money than we will after the season and it’s a business at the end of the day.

we'll have some tradeable contracts with Dragic, GTJ, boucher and birch. It will be an interesting trade deadline for sure.

GTJ isn't being moved. Neither is Birch (unless another big is coming back).

Yeah, there is no way he’s ever going back to a bench role. He’s a starter no doubt from this point forward.

It’s gonna be Achiuwa.

No, none of OG Pascal or Barnes should be stuck guarding big centers. Start Birch, let Trent come off the bench. I know that's tough because Trent has earned starting.

I could see both (Precious has been a disaster so far), but it probably depends on the teams they are playing. I just know it won’t be Barnes on the bench. Never again.

Fred was pissed at Precious for that play when he tried to go coast to coast and just put up an ugly shot trying to go one against three. Fred was visibly frustrated then was talking to Precious after the play.

I've subscribed to that philosophy for the last few years but fell into the trap of following the draft this year because we were in the top-4. Never doing that again, even if we get another high pick.

I liked Giddey though, so at least I was right about one player in the draft.

SMH

I think in fairness to everyone, there was a lot that they could see in private workouts that this board and even a lot of draft pundits couldn’t see. He’s clearly put in some work since last year in college. His shot looks so much smoother and his handle is definitely better than it was a year ago.

He’s just not the same player right now that he was on tape last year. Some of that is the congestion of the college game, and you could see moments in his tape where he showed some of this stuff, but he’s improved a ton over the last year. I mean, he scored over 20 points like once last year. It’s not like he did this, no one watched it, and then we’re all shocked by how good he has been - he just wasn’t doing this last year.

I mean if you look at guys like Chad Ford (say what you want. He was high on Scottie) even they are surprised with how good he has been.

I watched FSU quite a bit and he was doing virtually none of this. The Raptors are clearly excellent at recognizing talent and should be credited for understanding and acting on what they were seeing in those workouts.

Precious knows his time is up when Siakam comes back, so he's trying to get as much shot as he can.

Fred was saying that's my job to go coast to coast and force up shots in traffic.

Cade looks small as a wing and slow, not special athletically; doesn't seem like he can consistently generate a good shot vs NBA D

Jalen Suggs hit all his shots vs us, but he went back to his terrible norm

Jalen Green just chucking and missing

Scottie ROTY looking clearer everyday

Honestly with Barnes emergence (assuming he keeps this up for the year), the Raptors have an interesting dilemma to make eventually.

Eventually one of of FVV, Siakam, GTJ and yes even OG might have to go in a trade at some point to land a young star.

FVV is the odd man out here as most likely the Raptors would want to trade but then there's OG, OG might be the piece needed to land another star as he'll be the most coveted piece around the league.

I'm not sure FVV or Siakam has the value per contract OG has.

Yep, he's like a totally different player in the NBA. Absolutely unreal development in such a short amount of time.
