By the way, SGA is not better than George and Gallo is 33, still injury prone, and while a solid player, he's not going to carry anything. SGA is averaging 24/5/4 on .577 TS% to George's 28/8/5 on .593 TS%. Still love the guy, and he has the youth on his side, but he isn't winning you more games than PG right now.

One of the top defensive teams so far, really clamped down on Charlotte towards the end there

This team never gives up. Reggie, Mann, and Kennard willing this team to victory. 6 players in double digit scoring. Some good production from the bench. Need to keep the momentum going.

Best team win of the season by far. Six players in double figures. When PG and Reggie were struggling, the role players stepped up.

I like to see T-Mann stay aggressive when PG and Reggie are on the floor.

@Playa: I've been asking for Kennard to come up to JJ 's standard. Just an eye test but Luke is doing his thing in the 2nd half. When JJ didn't. When we need it. Anybody can be a first-half hero, eh?

No disrespect to JJ but Luke is really winning me over.

I've been dissing Bled bigtime and the stats bear it out.

Me, I wanted Dennis Schroder but we signed Justise instead and he's even bigger dogspit than Bled. But that's water under the bridge now. We're winning DESPITE Bled. And he IS guarding the best wing on the other side.

We have NO alternatives. Play Bled and hope he finds his feet. Just because somebody's sucking doesn't mean you yank him.

No disrespect to JJ but Luke is really winning me over.

It seems like Luke's finally gotten over whatever mental hurdle he had last year. He doesn't hesitate to shoot like he used to. He's one of those players that the more you play him, the more consistent he becomes. I'm glad the team's patience with him is finally reaping some rewards. He even played pretty good D during the first meeting with the Wolves(?) at the end of the game :lol:

Bledsoe is tradeable. He's practically an expiring contract, as he's only got a 4mil buyout the next season.

Clips best course of action is to trade Bled for a longer term deal for a player who fits and is owed money long term on a squad that is looking to save salary. Basically rolling over Bledsoe's salary to next year, as the team is capped out anyway, and either the new player is better or can be used as trade filler for a player that can useful next season.

If Mann keeps arising as a point forward, and we can use him as a backup PG, i'd ideally trade Bledsoe + cash for someone like Kuzma. A 3/4 who can a bit of everything and has shown to play hard defense in the past. Not ideal, but more useful player than Bledsoe, but only if WAS is looking to blow it all up and wants to purge Kuzma's salary off the books. Heck KCP can be useful too, as a backup combo guard, playing off a superstar wing like he did with the lakers.

With their 7-3 start and looking much better without Mr. triple double or die, I'm not sure Washington is interested in that course of action unless things totally collapse.

Yea, WAS start was a bit of a surprise. But then Wall and Westbrick are such huge cancers, maybe it shouldn't have been. Kuzma, KC, and Harrell are legit good role players in their niches and WAS was literally getting nothing out of Wall for years.

Gonna trawl other teams salaries to see what other players fit Bledsoe's contract matching.
