This offense is the same thing every week. Score on the first drive and then just quit.

It was a good effort in some ways. We were competitive against a good team on the road despite missing multiple key defensive players, but in too many ways it was just more of the same.

the offense just disappears for long stretches, which puts too much pressure on the defense (they were out there for almost 90 plays today!)

we can't hold a lead at all because the offense just gets too conservative or we just get too inconsistent. it would probably be better if we fall behind early and then half to catch up

baltimore couldn't do anything early because lamar was more focused on throwing and he wasn't terribly accurate. they switched to more running and just played keep away

nwangwu had a game, kickoff return td and converted the fake punt

i suppose with the people we had out for protocol, we played well. are we cursed to only play one-score games? 3 overtime games so far

The kid is a speed demon. I really hope they trade Mattison as part of the rebuild and Kene is able to replace him as the number 2 back. Then again I would also trade Cook so maybe he starts.

This team is too salary heavy and too average to truly contend. We should start our rookies (especially Mond, Davis, and Bynum,) and hopefully evaluate/hasten their development. Tank with the goal of no more wins and get to the draft with high picks (we own all but our 4th,) pickup some firsts with Cook, Mattison, Smith, Thelien, Kendrick’s, and Conklin (if anyone wants him.) Use the capital from those moves to draft well this year and next and come back strong.

They mentioned how it was the Vikings first kick return TD since 2016. It made me realize how spoiled we were to have Harvin and Patterson back to back. It's always fun to have returners who are real threats.

Since moving the touchback to the 25 there is less incentive to run it out.

We got a couple lucky breaks, but we did it.

The Vikings, 49ers and Saints are tied for the last two playoff spots, so next week’s game against the 49ers is pretty important.

jefferson is really good, the change to get him the ball more down the field the last couple weeks has basically been a godsend - need to keep doing it

cook didn't have a lot of room to run today but i liked that they kept after it

they showed bradbury on the sidelines, is he able to come back? i thought mason cole was fine the first couple weeks, but he got eaten alive today. but the oline is generally underwhelming so its not like its the end of the world

dline was able to get to rodgers at times (other times not so much). rodgers wasn't sharp to start but he figured it out quick. seems like we did ok on the run, but they didn't seem concerned with running it much.

On another message board, they had mentioned that Cole had been playing well and there was some question who would start when Bradbury came back. Cole really did get destroyed yesterday, so maybe Bradbury will be back next week.

couldn't stop the run, and too many mistakes on offense

hopefully cook isn't out for a long time.

That last defense was unbelievable. The DB literally gave him cushion into the end zone. I might fire Zimmer for calling that defense.
