They have surrounded these guys with too many yes men and there is no accountability. They to bring in someone with a track record who is bigger than the stars that will get them to buy in and play with max effort. That’s Phil

Lakers need Phil Jackson or Popovich. They are the only two coaches that might get some kind of effort out of this mess of a veteran team.

Yeah Phil is not the yes-man coach that Lebron would ever sign off on. He will always go for the weak minded coaches that he can bully around into playing his way.
