imo the one big area this team needs to work on offense is Ant & KAT PnR plays...Ant is currently indecisive on when to pass on these PnR plays with KAT...DLo does it much better...this is something Ant needs to work on which can really open up the offense.

Also, KAT should stop hesitating taking more open 3's..it's frustrating at times to see him pass up an open 3 and instead pass it to up to a worse shooter or does that pump fake and the play goes no where....dude is a 40% 3 pt shooter and probably the best 3 pt shooter in the starting lineup..doesn't make sense on why he passes them up.

I think I heard the announcers say that MIN hasn’t won an overtime game in two years?!?

That seems impossible, but I bet that’s true. For the last .. oh, I don’t know .. 20 years?, MIN hasn’t had that closer. We haven’t had a guy that you can put the ball in his hands in crunch time, and just let him create his own offense.

Right now though, we have two. .. Russell and Ant. PHI has a lot of things going for them, but this has perhaps been their biggest need. Maxey has improved, but he just isn’t there yet.

You got me. I have long been one of his harshest critics, but I can’t argue with the results. He’s like sixth in the nba in +/-. He brings stability to the bench, and plays particularly well when when paired with Beverley. When he is on, he can make shots.

Overall this season, he’s been off more than he’s been on, and I have never liked his defense, but the team does better when he’s on the court, and teams win games. Tonight, in the second half, he was the best player in the gym.

If there is one sure way a player can raise my opinion of him, beating the damn Sixers like this is about the best way to do it!

I think the referees have just put us down on their crap list earlier this season. We are already at a disadvantage for being a bad franchise but their anger with KAT and maybe our fans, has put us in a position where we will not get a lot of calls this season. Only way to change that is to be a good team, despite getting the whistle, keep attacking with plays that should get us calls, and eventually get to the point where we can't be denied. It sucks we have to go that extra mile but I think it's the position we are in.

Ant is just going to have to get beat up on a lot of drives. KAT is just going to continue to get no calls. We just have to push through until we can get to a national level or respect and exposure and the refs can't swallow their whistles as often.

Anthony Edwards should be getting D Wade/James Harden/Devin Booker range calls. He is in that realm when it comes to the ability to get to the bakset. They need to keep pushing him in that direction. If he could do one-third of the damage Emiid did at the line tonight he would be a much better player. We have to keep working at it.

I just watched video of the Drummond tip in. He literally shoved our player out of the way before getting it. Simple foul call.

Watched about 15 minutes live then had to stop and watch on DVR with my dad and brother super late. Wow, just wow. Holding them to 20 and 16 in the first half was insane. Blowing the lead in the 3rd kinda sucked, but I liked that we never gave up and never quit.

Ice in the veins is real. For all you Dlo haters, it’s real “It’s damn real.” I think this game makes up for half a dozen bad games. To beat Philly in Philly on the back end of a back to back without MCD, V8, or KAT in the final 2 minutes of a double overtime is so rare some religious people might confuse it with a sign of the apocalypse. This isn’t even a notion without Dlo.

Speaking of religious imagery, those refs should be stoned in the town square. Are you ******* kidding me. All those BS foul calls, not to mention the clear out of bounds on Philly and giving them the ball. These refs cheated us but Dlo would not be denied.

Ant sucked after the first quarter. He did nothing through 3 and 2 OTs, right until he won the game with his defense in the final 4.8 seconds. Granted some of that was the refs, but taking a deep 3 at the end of game was straight up horse****. I really need him to stop disappearing in the middle of games.

Faith In Finch is well earned. They never quit. Not when KAT fouled out. Not when MCD fouled out. Not when Vando fouled out. Double OT after a blowout loss in a road B2B and they never quit. They never stopped fighting and they never stopped working. That isn’t something you saw with either Saunders, with Mitchel, or with Thibs. Faith in Finch baby, he is the real deal.

I really loved it, but I still take the Miami win. Beating the General and getting to 5 in a row was next level.

Holy **** this team is blessing us with some tough ass wins after the horrible down turn earlier. League wouldn't take notice of us winning similar level or lesser teams in our run, but the Miami win and this win is so **** massive I was grinning ear to ear at the buzzer.



DLO was a point god this game, whatever it takes, keep this confidence and focus please.
