Breaking News: MLSE allowing 1k fans but with no tickets sold

This will mean Fridays game against the Clippers will only host 1k people.

To what end? It almost seems like they are trying to eliminate the crowd but are still trying to appease the high rollers by allowing them into the games.

I think further capacity reductions are total BS. That said, if your going to do it, why wait until Jan. 7? It’s either a health crisis / emergency or it’s not.

They try to keep things open as much as possible. Not bad in my opinion. Also allows people and companies to plan around in advance.

No matter what the ON Gov't does some people will be unhappy. I personally think they are doing Ok with a balanced approach.

I don’t think they can ???

My guess, they refund/take back all tickets and then just re-sell the 1000 available.
