Sounds like the name of a cartel leader.
Raul
“The other day I saw one of his games. He was running with the ball at a hundred per cent full speed, I don’t know how many touches he took, maybe five or six, but the ball was glued to his foot. It’s practically impossible.”

I want to say he was inconsistent but at the same time I don't think he was fortunate enough to meet a coach that used him to his potential. Good size, decent handle, can shoot, not bad defensively.
More like a Homeless man's Manu
Hell if we're gonna talk about former Pistons named Carlos, Arroyo was better!

One of the most outrageous floppers I have ever seen. He is still playing professionally in Italy, he is not retired.

He was retired for a while though. He kept dealing with health issues.

I heard Fabricio Oberto was considering a comeback too, is that true? Would be crazy.
