Miami will be up 30 early 4th before Spoelstra pulls the starters. But Thibs will keep his starters in for the entire 4th and we only lose by 15. Thibs will praise the late effort heroics of the starters in the 4th led by Julius Randle.

Nerlens has played in 20 of 49 games

Leon spent all the $ on Fournier, Kemba, Burks, Noel, Rose, and extended Randle.....that's literally going 0/6

-Founier has been awful outside of the 2 Celtics games. whatever he scores, he give up + more on the other end
-Kemba is broken and can't defend
-Burks is solid but he's also shot inefficiently and is taking away minutes from Grimes/Cam
-Noel has barely played....dude is always hurt....hits the floor 5x a game as if it's season-ending....only for it to be a cut lip
-Rose might be our best player but he's hurt and when healthy is on a minutes restriction
-Randle has regressed in a way I've never seen before

Had a thought and a sharpening of my the less dribbling the better theory. Thibs could tell Randle just to catch and shoot or make straight line drives. He is a guy who would probably be better just having two tracks.

Yeah... he's not totally against kids. He just doesn't give minuets based on performance. It's age and contract first. They get to make as many mistakes and paly as terrible as they want...with little to no consequence. God forbid a kid misses a shot or blows an assignment. They get benched lightning fast for the same scrubby vets NO OTHER TEAM wants. Chasing the 12 seed. This is the team they committed to for 3 years.

They spent a lot of money on that group. Terrible.

to be fair, we all knew what yhibs was when we hired him. If thibs had his druthers we'd dump all our youth for win now vets
