His last 3 seasons he made it on namesake alone. He was a poor defender, his team record wasn’t good, and he shot his team out of games on horrible efficiency. One of those seasons he played just 6 games. Another 35 games. And his last season he played them all just about and the Lakers were the worst team in the West. His first all-star he made it due to hype and Lakers, but had worse stats and efficiency while not being a starter for his own team. You’re telling me it is not even close that Wiggins could be considered better than any of these seasons?
He took his own team behind the wood shed with his horrid play. He still had skill, but didn’t know his limit and made him a negative. There is no justification at all for those final seasons based on his play those seasons, only his reputation.
