I've heard some commentators saying "wow wouldn't it be terrible for Putin if Ukraine turned into his Iraq"

Now we swept through Iraq and conquered every city... and we still lost! Imagine the pickle Putin will be in if he can't take Kiv.

Still early but it's interesting it hasn't happened yet.

The context clearly seems to be Canada and the US needing liberation from oppressive regimes.

I doubt she's ever heard of Belarus, much less has any idea where it is. Btw, that's where my grandparents are from.
