The "old men who yell at clouds" types in Miami will be okay with this if he wins.
But then old men everywhere else will hate him.

Lol
I can relate, not that I was some high flyer but after about 35 my ability to jump fell off a cliff. Legs were like 'yeah don't do that anymore'.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

I used to be able to dunk off the backboard at 6'1" into my late 20s. Now I jump, I'm barely getting net, and DAMN it's sad.

I used to just jump over the net when we switched sides playing tennis. Then I ran up to the net one time after not playing tennis in years and just stopped and looked at it and damn near started crying.

Whoa, Calvin Ridley's apparently been suspended for a whose season for gambling on NFL games during the season.

Re: ATL - Combine
I understand the concern with players betting on games, especially if they bet against their team but teams and the league are partnering up with online sportsbooks and many stadiums/arenas will be adding sportsbooks so you can bet before/during games you attend.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

This is interesting. I wonder if the players were aware of this.

Albert is a super tool but this is spot on. Like this isn't one of those dumb rules like smoking cannabis. There's a very legit reason they have to come down hard on this.

Even if you have sympathy for him, he should be suspended for pure stupidity if anything. Like dude, what the **** are you doing? Someone take his phone away.
