Well nothing says better play after a timeout like a 9-0 run to finish the Q and that's with a couple of TO's as well. Jock blocked a 3 attempt and we ran with it, and then we stole it to end the Q.

Romeo is a BIG body. Nice 6 point contribution so far!

Primo is confident and cool.

DJ protect the ball better, please!

Love that Jock is filling in nicely with Zach not as bouncy tonight.

Well we had a big lead and gave it up. We also lost that Q giving up 34 points. Neither is good.

We scored 62 points on only 3-11 from 3 but we can't hope to keep this basket exchange up.

We turned the ball over way too much and need to get to the FT line more. DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE AT THEM, SPURS!

DJ's cooking and Doug(!) bless him is playing within himself and scoring. But we need to generate more chances (and JRich should stop channeling his inner Lonnie). And we need more chances for Keldon. DJ's the only double digit scorer for us so far.

O, despite our poor 3 shooting, is not our issue. 9 TOs already for a team that averages around 12 per game is very poor for us even with new guys in. I don't like some of the contested passes we are making inside or the fancy alley oop attempts into the third row.

We can't get cute as our quickly dwindling double digit lead attests.

We are rebounding well, so that's there and Pop's trying out the two bigs line of Zach and Jock at one point, too, so it's also a matter of guys who've never had game experience together working it out in real time, but we must remain diligent on the D end to get stops, to convert them into baskets, to play more in transition, and to protect the ball!
