I really like Tre and like his D but there's no way for him to get stops versus bigger guys posting him up. They just shoot over him.

This is where having a go-to scorer always helps. When all else fails or gets stagnant, give it to the guy who's lightning first step and crafty finishes inside and outside can be relied on.

We've got the collective going for us, but the collective has to be all going to offset it.

Our D has slipped when 'someone' was put into the lineup. 16-4 run for them.

Maybe we can shadow D their best player on the perimeter?

3s and O boards given up by us, and missed FTs are what's getting us down right now.

Lonnie isn't 'that guy', that 6th man scoring punch. It's more like Jekyll/Hyde you never know which version you're going to get, and then when he misses he just... keeps **** shooting like he's the #1 option. Got 1 board and 1 assist, played some good body man D when driven into but that -6 for him and -7 for Tre are telling. We're getting driven on time and again, or scored on from the perimeter - many contested, actually - and we're giving up too many second chances, especially late in the Q.

That 18-4 run by them was filled with missed chances on one end and multiple chances on the other.

We have THREE starters with 4, 3, and 3 FGAs respectively for a COMBINED 12 points.

On the bench we have THREE players with 2,1 and 0 FGAs respectively for a COMBINED 2 points.

That's SIX players combining for 14 POINTS at the half, ZERO made 3s among them, with four attempts from the arc combined by the said starters, ZERO attempts from the arc combined from the said bench players.

There's your **** scoring woes. All they have to do is let Keldon and DJ exhaust themselves from trying to score.

Again, we know this but we're better as a collective threat. But we're getting lulled into individual threats and playing the price.

Zach has woken up and is leading us with 13 points on solid 3s shooting and great 5-5FTs. Nice game from him. I like our two bigs Zach and Jock lineup but we need to treat Jock more like an O threat not a mop guy.

We were 0-6 from 3 in this Q...

We are getting outrebounded 30-24 overall and 8-5 on O boards at the half.

Our D has made some good stops with deflections on shadow D on their perimeter players, but we got lax and paid the price.

We're not shooting well but the 9 assists shows the kind of shots we're taking - lots of one and done shots and drives, some passes around the perimeter, not a lot of back door or movement oriented.

Pick up the pace and they physicality on both ends.

We missed so many chances with poor O and TOs from bad passes after getting some D stops. Just need to get in synch. Not liking DJ's energy and focus here. It's like he is taking some time off while on the court and he's in oh here you do something mode passive rather than initiating the attack as the PG should.

HATE one-handed passes.

Just saying, I don't think the players or Pop care about it nearly as much as some fans or Spurs propaganda do.....

He already has every other games won record, playoffs, total wins. This is just regular season wins. It means very little
