We got no closer Randle becomes TO machine Burks misses everything Evans can't pass and RJ misses two straight layups. By the time rose returns this season will be over.

Was it Foolius doing dumb sh*t? Please say yes.

His motor is unparalleled (gave us a ton on second chance shots)and I love how he goes straight up for blocks. IMO this game solidifies him as our backup center.

Yeah i was was going to mention that. Really bad coaching decision when we had some momentum going. Taj got absolutely bodied by Drummond...like come on coach you couldn't predict that?

Knicks need a closer I would be glad if Randle can be traded for one unfortunately it's not possible that ship sailed when dolan stoped FO from trading Randle and it's becoming evident who they will trade to save there job soon.

Nets fan here, no trolling intended.

Jericho Sims reminds me of rookie Jarrett Allen. No joke. You guys seriously have something there with him. It’s literally the exact same style of play and mannerisms. I’m not sure if the measurements length wise match but he passes the eye test. Allen had the luxury of Russell, Dinwiddie and LeVert/Napier, Jeremy Lin. Sims could look really eye opening around a healthy Rose. Our biggest mistake with Jarrett Allen was trying to force him into becoming Brook Lopez, Atkinson and Nash forcing him to shoot 3s. It just didn’t work.

I personally would start him and test the waters in a few games to see how he measures up as a Mitchell Robinson replacement before the season is over. You could potentially save so much and add an asset by pushing him and letting Robinson go.

I’d like to see more before embarrassing myself but a lot of Nets fans had many civil wars over Jarrett Allen and he’s now blossomed into an all-star.

That line-up playing against the Knicks? It would be close.

Spoiler:
Of course, that would be 4 on 5.

The game was pretty much a summary of the entire Knicks season:

Randle and Fournier had flashes where they looked great, but made low IQ plays at the biggest moments

RJ put up numbers, but his shooting isn't efficient (he reminds me so much of Jimmy Butler)

The best lineup was McBride-IQ-Sims-Toppin-Barret, yet they got no burn in the 2nd half

Too much of relying on Burks and Gibson

No adjustments by Thibs at the start of the half

It's obvious that the Knicks miss Derrick Rose - Doris Burke even refenced this during the game - who has the bball IQ to calm the team down when things were getting out of hand. And also, Randle really benefited from not having fans in the building. He has great physical gifts and there really isn't anything he can't do on the basketball court. But his bball IQ is very low and he gets distracted very easily, which effects his on court effort.

Joe Harris as well (who is out for the season). That's an entire starting caliber lineup.
