Nets got the W, needed amazing carry job from KD to do it but I'll take it

We survived... a win is a win...
Dragic needs to really get that rust out n patty needs to step up on both sides, too inconsistent...
For a team that lacks off punch, we need our capable scorers to score consistently

A W is a W. We need them no matter how they come.

A win. is a win. But we shouldn't need KD to score 50 to beat the Knicks.
Role guys were really bad offensively. Particularly Mills. He has to at least hit wide open shots.
Dragic may also be washed. Idk anymore.

I think we could have played Cam Thomas more. We needed offense. Not like Dragic is a good defender anyway.

Quiet as kept Jevon Carter has been playing better than Dragic…

Dragic is the better playmaker and was trusted more in a tight game.

We are missing offensive options 2-4 (2-5, if you include Harris).
This isn't a game to complain about the performance. Just be happy we got through with a win and be hopeful that everyone comes back from injury asap and that Kyrie can play at home soon.

Hats off to the Knicks they played a tough game. We had a few decent leads but we never got enough separation to put it away.
We really need to review the tape in particular on the defensive side.

Of course Carter starts shooting lights out for the Bucks after we drop him

Do the Nets practice against the zone? Serious question? It’s like once teams go zone the Nets stumble and fumble around.

Scoring just won't be a big issue with Kyrie and Curry.
One guy can go for 50. And the other guy spaces the floor.
But this team is very challenged offensively.

Imagine this season with a healthy Harris getting all these shot attempts alongside Dragic healthy?
Imagine how many shots he could’ve added when fully healthy with Curry when Kyrie is out. They could run 1-3 PnRs with lob threats (Drum, Ben & Clax) or offensive threats with LMA and KD as a 5 (as per Philly game)

I don’t understand how you cannot play Blake against these teams. Even if we’re up 20, use the man.
Nash is a trash coach fueled and hidden by generational talent. I can’t imagine how annoying he will be when Ben 10 debuts and dominates. He will be even more unbearable.

Cam looked awful in his limited first half mins and thankfully didn't see any playing time in the 2nd half. I swear some of you watch these games with your eyes closed.
Dragic didn't shoot the ball well but he brings something to this team that we won't really have until we get Simmons back, and that is actual playmaking. He can still drive, make the defense collapse, which is huge. Had a massive defensive play at the end where he got the steal on Randle (without help), which led to the offensive sequence where KD hit the go ahead 3 to help win the game. That is what high IQ veterans like Dragic bring to a team, but clearly these things go unnoticed by majority of fans watching, because I rarely see credit being given.
We were missing over $100+ mill worth of salary cap today (an entire full starting caliber lineup) so yeah, we needed a special game from KD to win today...Knicks got big games from RJ, Fournier and Randle, and still lost. Some people out here have unrealistic expectations about what we should be doing.
