I dont agree with that look at the box score again. Giannis was great. Middleton and Holiday were meh. I'm trying not to be too negative but this roster is still a turkey in the oven. And the coach is awful but we knew that already the fact of the matter he is here for the rest of the season minimum and he may be here again next year unfortunately if they can manage to win one play off series. Its tough to fire a coach with Doc's unearned big reputation. 60 points from Harden and Embiid needs to be a win not a loss.

Our defense is atrocious when Embiid sits. Just like in 2019, that will be our downfall.

It's sad, we didn't do the process to be second round fodder year in year out.

Holiday was hitting everything on the fourth quarter. He couldn’t miss. Same for Middleton and the Sixers still had a chance to win. The Bucks were hitting everything

Morey is the most overrated GM in basketball.

Dude willingly hitched his wagon to Doc Rivers. Put together the worst bench of all the playoff teams. Overpaid massively in a trade because of a personal obsession he has with washed up Harden.

The defense isn't great with Embiid either, but it can have stretches where it looks good. Embiid came back in the game and the Bucks it felt like scored on like 10 straight possessions. Couldn't get momentum because they couldn't get any stops.

Can we give 9 minutes to Reed instead of Milsap?

Embiid is overrated on defense, it's just that his reputation from his first season has carried over. There are stats that show Jokic is a better defender.

Why is Doc upset with the media. Is it because he knows that they know that he sucks

At this point we're better off finishing 4th than trying to finish first and somehow getting the Nets in the first round.

I will give morey the benefit of the doubt, at least until the next offseason. er.

I agree with you on the doc rivers part tho, that's why the sixers signed a bum like deandre jordan, because that coach is a moron and has too much power. There's no freaking way that an analytics guy like daryl morey thinks that deandre jordan can play in the playoffs.

Doc was already here when Morey came.

Brand capped the team, not Morey.

What’s sad is that the stupid shot creation attempt from the perimeter by Embiid with 29 seconds left and the missed three by Harden on the subsequent possession will be characteristic for this team in the playoffs. Those kinds of failed attempts in the clutch will not be out of character like they need to be.

Are those the same stats that show the Nuggets are better with Jokic off the floor?

Embiid was scared of Giannis, that's why he didn't defend him.

The facetiousness is not funny at this point. Here is the thing though the people that act like this game is meaningless are just as annoying as the people that say the season is definitely done. Besides there miraculous win at Miami the last four games against very good teams record is 1-3. They beat the Mavericks and loss to Denver, Milwaukee, and Suns with two of those games at home. They have no margin for error because of a bad coach and rotten bench. Got to win these big home games other elite teams do. 8 point lead entering the fourth quarter needs to be a win. I mean its not like we havent been hoping to be real contenders in the play-offs for like a million years now does it? It does because its true. Is it too much to ask to get to the Easter Conference finals one year? We have a punchers chance but this is actually one of there weakest ends of the season besides the bubble year the way its trending.

It has nothing to do with being a center, it happens when you are not good in the clutch like Embiid.

It has a lot to do with having a center try to create his own shot from the perimeter. That’s what you have a wing do, not a center.

Basketball is positionless, if you are good (unlike Embiid) you can create as a center.

This is trolling. Please consider this a friendly warning, keep this up and you will be on a short holiday from the board. Please find more productive ways to deal with your post game emotions.

IMO Embiid should focus less on offense in order to conserve his energy to anchor the defense and rebound. Let Harden or Maxey carry the offense.
