But I don't feel sorry for the Nets, they did this to themselves by skipping some pretty basic basketball chapters like "The importance of coaching" and "Managing players workload".

The players have to be willing to be coached. KD and Kyrie are just looking for a 'yes man' coach basically.

Υeah that's fine, I don't think KD needs to be coached personally. What he needs is a team that keeps rolling semi-decently when he's out, and a team that doesn't expect him to guard Antetokounmpo or be the main defensive anchor in big games while also taking all the tough shots at the other end.
