I don’t specifically suggest he wasn’t taunted but ffs grow up Kyrie guys like Westbrook and Lebron this year, Durand in previous years have had it way worse.
It’s in the **** rulebook. Profanity awards you a technical. There’s quite a bit more in the rulebook hppy to share. It’s not absolutely ridiculous he was FLIPPING off the fans in multiple instances. All in just turn around and give em the bird.
I dont love it when fans seem to focus on a single player and perhaps overdoo it, but all i saw this game from tv was Kyrie giving everyone the bird after scoring.
Maybe you need to take off your Nets tinted glasses for a sec too ?

i do admire the Celtics spirit in not wanting to dodge anyone but they'll be regretting it as it appears this series vs Nets will last up to Game 7 while the other two series will be over in 5.
Probably true, but it going to game 7 only give the TimeLord more time to come back for the Celtics.
This team has 0.0% depth on it, and without the TimeLord it's also one of the least athletic teams in the league. He makes up for all of that by being one of the best rebounders and rim protectors and lob threats in the game.
His value to the Celtics team is far greater than another team specifically because we have so little athleticism on the team.
In the rotation we have Jaylen Brown who has great hops.
Tatum who has average hops.
Then White, Horford, Smart, Theis, Pritchard, Grant have low to horrible athletic ability. Which hurts them a lot and they often need Rob in the dunker spot to toss an alley oop at to bail them out when they get stone walled due to it.
I would have a lot of confidence in the Celtics if Rob was healthy. They had 14 offensive boards with Theis, Horford, and Grant in the front court? That's a joke none of them can rebound. The TimeLord average 4 offensive boards a game alone, in this series he might average 8 a game if the earth bound and in Grant's case 6'5" guys who can't jump can do that to the Nets just holy ****.
What?
Boston has plenty of depth.
Their top 9 are all kind of athletic. Payton Pritchard is the only small player in the rotation and the o my average defender. Every other player is an above average defender
Someone has to beat the nets. Who knows that the other Artie saint go 6 or 7? The chances of Boston losing are greater.

He’s on national television acting like a tosser. He should have gotten 2 technicals and an ejection. The celtics fans should have been reprimanded and if they really acted out should have been kicked out. Booing someone is part of the game. If i repeat, kyrie is unable to handle that tough love, tough luck.

Thats also true.
If the Nets find a way to make it to the 2nd round. They will probably have Simmons and be better.
Best shot is to take them out now.

Gonna be a long series imo. Down to the buzzer in game 1. If I'm the Nets and we're down 3-0 I say screw it and let Simmons play. Why not?

Whoever comes out of the nets celtics series will have a potentially impactful player back. Simons can be a defending juggernaut and Williams can be the same plus Cs have homecourt.
bucks **** up this one. I guess the only plus could be that this series might go to 7 games ?

A lot of talk in here about Kyrie and Ramadan. Jaylen Brown also practices it but doesn't feel the need to let the whole world know lol

Again, you're being disingenuous in this argument. The reception that Kyrie gets in Boston is nowhere near the same as what other players normally get in opposing arenas. So let's just stop with that bs right there. He's not reacting because someone made fun of him burning sage, he's reacting because a large number of people are verbally abusing him with cursing and other mean **** that they say. This is just a ridiculous Karen esque take from a Boston fanTheocy wrote:DarkXaero wrote:He's flipping off fans in the moment who are talking **** to him. I’m not trying to reduce his performance you muppet. the guy is brilliant at basketball. Anyway enough said we just wont agree. I still hold my original view on this. There are rules that seem to be ignored. Players get technicals, ejections and fines when yhey act like kyrie did. That’s not an opinion. That’s a fact. Your position is an opinion- not completely unsound or unreasonable but still an opinion. Pro players shouldn’t interact in my mind. Period.

Big **** deal they’re yelling things at him grow up. As long as it’s not racial or derogatory towards his family who cares.
Same with fans if kyrie is mouthing back I thinks it’s dope I don’t mind him saying **** and flipping off the fans it’s fun.

With Silver in charge, I'm sure Kyrie will get an apology, a week off paid to help with his mental well being and a fruit basket.

No one faced worse than Lebron in Cleveland after leaving for miami except maybe vince carter in toronto.
It was unprofessional behavior. It always has been such. He will get a big fine and technically could have been given a technical foul.
