Warriors fans must be elated right now. After they sweep this Nuggets series, they’ll likely have with no injuries and very little wear and tear. They couldn’t have asked for better circumstances right now

That sucks for Booker, hopefully he gets better soon and can at least play in the second round. I think the Sun's can still beat the Pels without Booker, it will just make the series longer, but not sure about Utah or Dallas in the second round.

Dont forget, Lebron was also far from 100% in that Lakers series. The group the suns have have never won a series vs. a healthy team. The nuggets team they beat is the same one that looks like they are about to go out quickly in the first round.

But where does the scoring in round 1 come from if the Pels can zone in on CP3? Payne might rise to the occasion, but that's pretty much it in terms of shot creators.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

Incredible, people already trying to discredit a team that won 60 games because the Pels showed out.

Weak sauce.. Suns are good even without Booker they proved nothing short of that all year..

How about giving the young Pels some credit ..

Overreactions after 1 playoff game is the norm every single year. Celtics are going to be NBA favorites or out in 5-6 by the end of the night for example.

I get the overreactions, it's fandom but this has been a trend with NO's all yr, they ousted the Lakers, it's because of how bad the Lakers were. They ousted the Clippers who had a better record without Paul & Kawhi, it's because they didn't have Paul & Kawhi.

Booker played to the 4 min mark of the 3rd Q where NO's swung a 5pt deficit half time into a 3pt lead when he checked out, he was 0-2 after being a blazing 7-9 first half from 3 he was bound to cool + Herb was switched onto him. Paul dominated the 4th game 1, didn't game 2.

I hope Booker is back for game 3. No more excuses for the media to discredit this NO's team.

In Landry Shamet we trust. CP3 will rise and direct the offense. Bridges, Ayton will step up. It just got interesting.

Warriors lost two star players to an ACL and Achillies in the NBA Finals. (Worst injury sequence in NBA history). Then lose two star players to season ending injuries the next 2 seasons.

They have been one of the most unluckiest teams in NBA history in terms of injuries. Please stop.

That's just one guy. Most of us want to win vs. healthy teams so nobody has any excuses when we win :D
I've thought a healthy Warriors beats a healthy Suns, I want that match up.

Nah, no cheering for injuries. You want an exciting, epic playoff series for the ages. There's no joy in Booker getting injured, I want to watch Booker wtf. I want our core 3 to win another chip with as few excuses as possible from everyone else.

I hope Booker heals up asap, gl Suns

That's my concern. As I've said in other threads, I wanted no part of Pelicans in first round. Their record does not match their team as it is today. And on top of that the Suns have looked like trash for a month or so

You mean after they won 3 titles in a 4 year span with basically no key injuries? There was a lot of luck that went into that
