There are dozens of player friendly qualified coaches. marks choose his white friend over them.

kyrie and kd have both played in loose structures and won. we dont need to run coach dales hooisers offense here. we just need to make adjustments, play to our strengths, and run lineups that make sense.

it really isnt difficult. but when you hire your incompetent buddies, this is what you get.

The Warriors have structure. That Cavs team coached by Lue had structure. This is a free for all.

And the Dubs were already one of the greatest teams in history before KD opted to join them, specifically talking about how he loved their ball-movement and system. Then he created an ongoing dilemma for Kerr, in that he actually preferred to hold the rock and play more isoball. Then he chose to waltz out after only three seasons, and that was even before deciding to sign with the Nets.

Meanwhile, Kyrie (and Lue) had LeBron to lead and to keep everything in line, yet even after winning a championship and achieving at the highest level year after year, Irving still wanted out.

Those are all some pretty blatantly ominous signs when it comes to a star duo to build around. Both guys have been crystal clear in wanting to play in a situation that suits them more than sacrificing to win. In fact Kyrie put on a master class of narcissism for the ages this season, easily topping last season's series of narcissistic absences. The only 'consolation' is that Kyrie has never managed to play a full season anyway, across 11 years. (closest he came was 75 games in '14-'15)

So there are reasons why NBA fans have given these guys hell through the years, consistently wanting the Nets to fail. This experiment has been a failure, and if I could trade both guys (and Joe, probably) for a good haul to rebuild with, plus hire a competent coach, I'd get a jump on that now rather than muddle along with this highly-flawed situation that isn't even fun to watch anymore.

The only reason why i would hesitate to do that is because of the picks we gave away to Houston. We'd basically gift them top 5 picks for the next few years.

We already did that with Boston and two players that should have been Nets are destroying us right now.

We will have to suck it up and play things out with KD and Kyrie but we need to absolutely change the way things are being run.

You dont rebuild in the hopes you can maybe be close to where we are now.

Year 1 was a throw away. Bubble/KD out. everyone agreed that was a punt

Year 2 we made it to round 2, lost to the champs in overtime of game 7. likely win a title if Giannis doesnt hurt Kyrie or we had a real coach. this year was not a failure, just unfortunate

Year 3 this was a mess. lets see how it ends. hopefully with nash fired

we have played 1 game with KD/Kyrie/Simmons. that a championship contender or favorite. especially with offseason moves to make it fit better. but we are gonna rebuild why? so we can become the wolves or pelicans or grizz?

no thanks.

Yes, the very definition of narcissism, as you should know perfectly well.

I.e. a foolish, dangerous decision not just for his own health & well-being, but for his immediate family, for his work colleagues, for his community, and for humanity at large.

Indeed, part of the reason this pandemic keeps rolling on and mutating is that too few people have gotten a proper course of vaccines and/or taken smart precautions against catching it. Not just Americans of course, but if there's a first-world nation that better exemplifies the attitude of "nyah nyah, can't tell me what to do, even if it's for my own good!," I guess it's the good ol' USA.

Personally I caught a second case of CV19 in Feb, despite three Pfizer vaccines, and it still did a number on me, and evidently much of covid-related damage tends to be permanent. Even a mild case can evidently shrink the brain.

So to all the arseholes Kyries of the world out there-- thanks, brother... thanks a LOT for doing your part to make sure the pandemic keeps rolling on, despite your stance having not the slightest moral, rational, nor fact-related relevancy. Yeap, good one!

Btw, "health choice" is such a BS, disingenuous phrase for Kyrie's narcissism, anyway. You should be disappointed in yourself for peddling that nonsense.

Harden didn't force the Nets to do anything. The Nets in fact were desperate to get Harden as insurance for Kyrie.

All of this falls back to Kyrie being unreliable and erratic.

Did you read what you just wrote ? Harden was brought as Kyrie insurance, yet you not blaming Harden for quitting due to Kai inability to play home games ? What kind of **** insurance is this ?
Harden was a BUM and worst Net in franchise history easily , he makes Deron looks like a saint

Why is it Harden's responsibility to be an insurance? He came here to play and win, not be anybody's insurance. Just because you want him to be an insurance doesn't mean he has to be, why not ask Kyrie to be an insurance instead? That bitch is paid just as much and can't even perform his own duties, much less be an insurance for anyone.

Harden was more than happy to be an insurance last season when Kyrie decided to go on his paid vacations. Willingly choosing not to get vaxxed is a step too far. Instead of thanking Harden for stepping up, KD chose to rip on Harden for playing through an injury, taking time to rest and rehab the hamstring and showing up for training camp out of shape yet saying **** nothing about his boyfriend's absence. And then Steve Nash wanted to change the offense to be more iso happy to suit KD and Kyrie when both aren't even playing anyway which pissed Harden off.

Harden is easy to please. As long as there is an opportunity to win, he will buy in and come through. Does the Nets right now look like they are playing to win?

You may not like how he left, but if you can't understand why he left, you are lying to yourself.

If Kyrie gets vaccinated, Harden is still here and we aren't even having this discussion. Instead, we watched KD look exasperated as we got beat by a short handed heat team on the tail end of a B2B while Kyrie is at home playing NBA2K and Ben is...hell, who knows when he will even play and what kind of mental condition he will be when he does play.

It all starts and ends with Kyrie's decision making. He ruined this season.

God I would kill to have Jarrett Allen and Caris LeVert here. I would kill to have Kenny still coaching this team. Instead, we get an epic slopshow.

Kyrie shouldnt have to get vaccinated for Harden to get in shape, not quite and not fly to vegas strip clubs between games.

Harden is a bum. period. dude was on a max and killed our season tanking during a 10-game losing streak.

worse then kidd on his way out.

Harden was the worst thing that ever happened to the Nets.

Even if Kyrie leaves in the off season he never took anything from this franchise.

He brought us Kevin Durant.

Harden forced us to give up all our assets and then quit.

If Harden never came here we still have Allen, Levert and our picks. IE enough to trade for another star like Dame, Beal, Mitchell, Booker etc.

On top of that he got overweight, out of shape and tanked our season. And quit on us.

Kyrie never quit on this franchise.

I am pissed at Kyire. And he definitely **** us over.

Harden is the worst Net of all time. Worse than Deron Williams. He nuked our title chances in the middle of the season. And demanded to go to a contender in our division.

Biggest delusion and Kyrie fanboy of all time.

Harden leaving gave you the opportunity to trade for another star or at least assets to trade for another star.

Marks chose Ben Simmons as the star he wants. Live with that decision.

He could have easily traded Harden for Dame, Beal or Mitchell, or traded for assets like Haliburton and Sabonis that can now be used to trade for those guys.

Dreaming about Booker shows how out of touch you are. Allen and Levert will not land you Booker.

Youre an idiot.

Harden has been horrific all year. Showed up fat and out of shape. And flew to Vegas during road trips.

Hes a shell of himself. And hes been just as bad with Philly.

Harden was diminished asset when he demanded out. He was a free agent who only wanted to play for Philly. He also played like **** on his way out decreasing his value.

He left us with options and no chance to contend.

He will choke his way out of the playoffs this year like he always does.

Philly would get nothing after paying Harden 200 million for sucking.

He will be bad contract this time next year.

That's just the story in your head now.

Meanwhile Philly is 3-0 up and Harden has been an excellent floor general that Philly will be happy to max.

KD is older and slower and can't even play past Boston's defence. He is already a bad contract.

Philly is up despite Harden's terrible play.

Paying 50 million for a guy who can't even score above 40% is a travesty. Worst contract in the NBA.

KD had.2 bad games. Harden has sucked all season.

Now get off our board and go suck off Harden on the Philly board. No one wants you here.

Sure, keep telling yourself that. Meanwhile Philly fans love Harden and appreciate what he has done for the team.

KD is on the edge of elimination right now, while Harden is on the edge of sweeping. Sure Harden is the one sucking.

You should get off our board instead of spreading your cancerous takes that allowed our team to devolve to this level. Defending a scum like Kyrie over Harden SMH.

Philly fans on this board have said multiple times they don't want to pay Harden 250 million. You are delusional.

Harden being carried by Embiid isn't impressive. In fact its pathetic.

This is OUR board. For Nets fans. Not idiots like you.

How deluded are you not to see that the Nets are being facked by Kyrie and to a lesser extent KD? Marks and Nash are complete bitches to allow this to happen and not stopping it.

It's time for you to leave the board. You are not a Nets fan, you are a Kyrie fan. Go start your own Kyrie board and fanboy there especially when Kyries leaves to a new team when Joe Tsai decides he is sick of spending so much money for the results produced by this uncommitted unstable fackhead.

LOL at your second last paragraph.

Why are you posting on here? Last time i posted on your board you started crying like a little bitch to Comedian asking them to have me banned? Shouldn't that work both ways?

Like I said go to the Philly board and suck him off. Nobody gives a **** what you think here.

I actually agree with both of you. F*ck Harden, and f*ck Kyrie too.

I'm sick of everyone right now. This entire season is the worst experience I've had as a Nets fan.

KD, Kyrie, Harden, Nash, Marks can all eat a bag of dicks for all i care. I'm sick of all of them and i wish we had our picks so we can just blow this entire thing up. I hope Harden fails miserably in Philly and becomes an albatross contract. I hope Marks gets fired by Joe Tsai for being an incompetent ass who ruined everything by hiring this dope Steve Nash.
