All in all a great season. Butler was awesome. That shot was one the worst I've ever seen. Next season everyone minus Butler is tradeable.
Bam, I am only moving him if I can get an elite top 15 player back. If someone like Embiid or AD is available, then you do it.
If not, then see if you can a 2nd tier star for Herro + picks and move Duncan as part of the package.
If that is not available, then attach picks to Duncan and get an upgrade at the 4 position or get a stretch 5 who is good defensively to play with Bam.
As far as Dipo, convince him to take 1 year the MLE. If he plays well, he can re-enter the market in the following offseason and get a better longterm deal.

The issue tonight was sadly Tucker, the guy who Riley could have gotten a good back up for at the trade deadline.

Luckily Vincent was only a -16 tonight... thank god they didn't sign Dragic for the minimum because of him. This FO made some really ()_#$)( decisions this year.

Dipo also factored into the decision to pass on Dragic Im guessing.

Dipo was 4-12 and 1-7 from 3 tonight

Mia desperately needs a guard who can get buckets.

And with Herro having the post season that he had, a decision will have to be made about him.

Not really, Oladipo wasn't back yet. Oladipo isn't the player this season he should be a few months in next season.

I was smashing bam all season he had 21 shot attempts and gave 25-11-4 can’t blame bam and wouldn’t look to trade him he shows he can show up

Nah man you got to look at Lowry and his 30 million dollar contract. At least Bam was great at defense. Herro is young and was hurt. WE paid 30 mil to Lowry for this type of playoff performance?

Herro's not going to be back. He's one of the better assets Miami has to not waste another year of Butler. Really wish Riley would have gotten another PF at the trade deadline instead of holding pat, maybe another decision that possibly held this team back.

It all depends. Im not moving Herro for a role player thats just dumb. You try to move Herro + picks for a star. If not then just keep him and kick the can down the next offseason. He will be restricted so no matter you have control. But we can't just trade him for the sake of trading him. He has to bring a real difference maker back

Not for a role player, I think Riley has to go all in on a #1 or #2 scorer. Riley can't sit still another season, the moves he's done haven't been all that big, they've mostly been safe, he's got to do a big move because he has a difference maker in Butler and Riley's 77.

I swear, some of y'all deal with a loss like some real coochies. We fought until the very end when lesser teams would've crumbled being down double digits pretty much the whole game. You could tell after the game the respect Boston players have for our team and organization.

And calling out Jimmy for his "ill-advised" shot is just ridiculous. Dude played all 48 minutes on a gimpy knee, this guy wanted it so bad.

While Herro should be traded, we will have to figure out filling the void he will leave offensively. We definitely don’t get to first place in the east without his regular season output

I don’t know if it’s Herro should be traded as much as he’ll have to be. If we weren’t trying for a championship and so close to it, I think that unlike Bam, hero has shown enough that he is committed to improving in the off-season. It’s just we don’t have time for his development, especially on the defensive end where it seems like it’s going to be a long road before he is even average there.

He and Bam will need to be packaged to get us an all-star of the caliber of the names that people are tossing around like Damien, Mitchell, and the rest. But I think it’s clear at this point that This roster is simply not enough help for Jimmy. It’s too hard to reliably generate buckets outside of him.

I hope if we can package Bam plus Herro plus Gabe or Martin and get Embiid.

Then move Lowery plus Strus for another legitimate play maker/ballhandler on the perimeter. Someone of the caliber of lonzo Ball (but obviously not him)

It sucks Jimmy isn't in 20s. If he was this loss wouldn't be as much of a gut punch because you know he'll still be in his prime and capable of repeating performances like this for the next 5-6 years. However, with him going to turn 33 before the start of the next season and already with bad knees, it really makes you wonder just how much more he has left in the tank..

I think Mia's plan when they brought Dipo back was for him to have a role in the post season.

Between him, the emergence of Vincent, and Herro playing well all season, I dont fault Mia at all for not bringing back Dragic.

Not flipping Duncan at the deadline was a mistake. And now his trade value probably takes a hit given his continued poor play and playoff benching.

That's the non move that erks me.

I disagree Herro is good enough to centerpiece a trade for a star that wants out. If Dame, Beal or Mitchell want out Herro Robinson and our next 3 available 1st round picks should get it done based on the last few blockbuster trades in the last few years.

I've said this a few times that I'd explore flipping Lowry for D-Russ.
