Green's a knock down shooter. Over 90% from the line. Had some pro momentum after his sophomore year and then missed almost his whole jr year with a hip injury/surgery.

Trade Hill and future picks to the Magic for Okeke, sign Rubio to TMLE

Green was in the transfer pool and was considering Duke, so I guess that’s something. :dontknow:

Assuming we bring back Bobby and Wes we currently sit at

Jrue/Hill(maybe Carter)/Vildoza
Pat/Grayson/Besson/Green*
Khris/Wes/Beauchamp/Tucker
Giannis/Thanasis/Mamu*
Brook/Bobby

*2 way guy

Seems like a backup 4 or 5 is our biggest need. Wouldn't mind using the TPMLE on a combo forward and then signing a backup center for a vet min. But overall that's a damn solid roster

Ah damn was looking forward to seeing Besson, feel like he is pretty NBA ready at least as a G League / development minutes guy. Makes sense though with the likely roster crunch, and draft and stash is still a decent option for us.

Seems to be some pretty reasonable signings so far this year, considering we started with just one pick.

Besson, Molinar and Green have all featured in the second round of some recent mocks and have a few fans around the place from what I'm reading.

If we can just get one rotation player out of one of these guys a year or two from now, would be a big win. Fingers crossed one can land.

Green seems like a more versatile Duncan Robinson.

He also looks like a beleaguered, 44 year old union dock worker with that face. Between him and Beauchamp they're the oldest looking prospects.

Go old and sign Kemba and Robin for the mins. IDK big man market looks slim unless you guys still have a hard-on for DMC. Maybe Thomas Bryant or Looney but i dont know how realistic having a playable big man for the TPMLE to come here and see Giannis/Lopez/Bobby take 85 of the 96 big man minutes and Khris/Pat taking the other 11.

I'll also throw my support for the "Trade for Lou Dort" idea.

I guess why would OKC trade guys that are not a consolidating trade. They have too many picks and players as is.

I think Rolo would be a perfect vet min guy. We know he can produce in this system, he'd be perfect Brook insurance if he has another injury and in theory you wouldn't have to promise him a big role
