I have a feeling if Dame is anywhere back to his old level he might end up traded by the mid-point of the season or the off-season. I think partly what is keeping him in Portland is the Blazers wanting to maximize his value, his value is at his lowest point ever right now after a fairly rough 2021-2022 season.

Now that doesn't mean we are 100% trading him soon, but if they ever are looking at a world without Lillard we will first want to raise his value and make teams salivate at getting him.

This team also is likely going to win around 40 games if we get a healthy Dame that plays the entire season and looks like his old self. Most of the players we lost were not really performing well for us anyways under the Billups system.

Maybe he watches his buddy CJ do well in New Orleans and asks to be traded elsewhere. I dont know that I see it happening, so long as the Blazers Ttempt to out a good team on the court. They're not there yet. They need one more starter and two more reserves before I get excited.

Most of this team wasn't here and those that were were in much smaller reduced roles. It's a total crspshoot guessing our record thus year for sure but 40 sounds like a realistic prediction

I believe Cronin genuinely wants to keep Dame here and I think its mutual, but who knows where things stand if this team is on the outside looming in and a great offer comes along perhaps

I'm calling my shot: Jabari Walker will start at least 8 games next year. His size, shooting, and rebounding will pair nicely with Grant. Well before the draft I started calling him a modern forward hidden in plain sight and I still believe it. He's 19 and cut from that Keegan Murray, Tari Eason mold. What a pick!
From Portland to Reno to Vegas to LA to SLC and on to HotLanta. Winning at life. Too Blessed to be Stressed

I think they can be a .500 team. Likely Dame will be back to his earlier self but it all depends on Grant.

He's got to be Portland's guy who matches up with the Paul George level players in the western
conference. He's got to be the guy that is better than the Aminu/Harkless level players Dame has
played with ever since LA left. If he's up to that role, he'll have earned his $112 Million extension
from Portland.

I'm hoping grant proves to be a better piece than cj moving forward. If we can at least make a lateral move with cj for grant then we would've added Hart for nothing Basically. And the way wings cost I think cj for grant straight up is probably fair value if not for grant being expiring. Bur still that cj trade looks good now due to hart coming here with grant both being the result of thqt trade. The norm trade still angers me just terrible

Quite possibly, the LAC thanks to the Powell trade and a return to health of Kawhi, might end up top for they are literally two deep at ever position.

Ive got the LAC, GSW, Memphis on top in the west with Phoenix and Dallas right behind them. Look out for the Pelicans if Zion returns
