Every team has bandwagons but damn, retarted ones MUST be weeded out.

Please gtfo. I already told you, Wade's been > Kobe since 2006. If he never dislocates his shoulder this wouldn't even be a debate.

Dflash3 gave you plenty of reasons why. I'm too tired to type out a long response, but that about sums it up.

Kobe's got skills, they just don't always translate into good efficient basketball. Wade is, and always has been, a better team player.

The problem with basketball is that most NBA fans are idiots. Its the truth. Your average conversation devolves into someone comparing Kobe and Jordan, even though there are at least 9 to 10 other players who have a better argument to be compared to Michael (not stylistically, but in terms of impact and success).

The average fan sees a 6'6'' wing with similar playing style and is just desperate to compare the two. The average fan also loves Allen Iverson. That's about all I need to know about how much the average fan's opinion is worth.

I got one more for you: Just like everyone rewrote history to make Michael the best since forever (even though everyone thought he was an overrated chucker til he won a championship), and just like everyone is rewriting history now to say Kobe's got 5 rings (even though a few years ago they didn't want to credit him with even one), if Wade starts winning championships again, people are going to say he's been better than Kobe for a while now. That's how it works.

So many inaccuracies in this post, especially those in bold.

I'm interested to see how Bosh performs against the Celtics. They have three terrific defenders to throw at him without having to worry about anybody else giving them problems in the frontcourt. Obviously Wade and James will be tough to handle (especially since they lost Tony Allen), but The Heat will not beat the Celtics without an impact from their frontcourt.

We'll see. JO shot 25% from the field and Beasley was largely invisible, yet Wade with little help (other than an occasional Q-Rich or Chalmers 3, and the hustle guys off the bench) kept the Heat within striking distance of every matchup against the Celtics. Granted, they went 1-7, but the point is those weren't blowouts even with Wade being the entire offense and our starting "bigs" being worse than useless.

Sure they beefed up their center rotation, but we're worlds better at the 4 and 3 with some actual scoring options off the bench. I definitely see the Heat having gained more ground on the Celtics than the other way around, and it was close already.

Yes point out the Jordan part of it so as not to come off as a Kobe homer.

I hate that I'm not even allowed to be a tiny bit of a Heat homer on my own team's board anymore. Sorry everyone, Wade's not that good, lets all bow down to King Kobe and his merry rings.

Nope, but that was probably the most erroneous part of your post, just so you can make a point.

I felt the C's progressively got better as the post-season went on, but JO, despite his anemic totals on offense, still provided a defensive presence, which hasn't been replaced with this current frontcourt.

Wade and James present a multitude of problems for the Celtics, I believe that the C's need to acquire another wing defender, which will make up for the loss of T.Allen and give them better matchups against you guys. But the Celtics still have matchup advantages on their side depending on the starting five the Heat choose.

There was nothing erroneous about it.

And I really don't mean to be so confrontational or close-minded but I'm ****ing sick of people coming on our team's board lately to tell us how wrong we are, how much homers we are, how our teams going to suck, its overrated, blah blah blah. You know what, I'm gonna brag a little bit. And part of that is believing Wade's been better than Kobe since 2006, save for his injuries. If you don't like it, go cry about it on the Lakers board with other fans who you can circle jerk with about how great Kobe is, how great the Lakers are, etc etc.

I can't even post on other team boards now without people calling me an ***hole just for being a Heat fan (and believe me, I am as PC and gentle as it could possibly get when I post on other team boards). Why on earth should I be kind and gracious to people here, when they mostly only visit to talk sh*t anyways?

I dunno if the players are gonna do it, but I think I'm starting to embrace the villain's role. Deal with it.

OK you're not such a bad guy. But you gotta see where I'm coming from. I don't see Heat fans jumping on your board to tell you you guys are wrong about things. And if they are, I fully endorse you telling them off.

Someone is venting to the wrong person. Save your shpeel for someone else, I haven't written anything confrontational, so no need to throw a hissy fit about how everyone is picking on you. Get use to it, it's gonna be going on for the next few years, win or lose.

I really don't care. You're used to people thinking you're a dick for being a Lakers fan I'm sure, so here's one more.

Heat fans in general, I don't know, but we do have countless amount of posters going onto the LA board and writing the same BS over and over again. LA is one of the more popular teams in the NBA, so it comes with the territory, just as it does with the Heat.

Keep in mind, for every troll that comes onto your board, we have another bandwagon Heat fan spewing BS all over the message board, making this board almost unreadable at times.

I could care less, this is a freakin message board, if someone thinks I'm a dick, good for them. I try not to come off as that, but some people are so close minded that they see what they wanna see.

Instead of being a troll yourself it is best to PM your mod and press the exclamation mark on the top right portion of the post to report it. Resorting to the very act you find immature and annoying isn't the best way to handle things. If you find trolls annoying you shouldn't be surprised posters may view you the same way when you go on their board. Every troll we get is mostly kobe fanboys. We have seen a looooot recently while the other fanbases have been relatively respectful with only a couple rogue posters appearing every now and then. It is surprising since you would think Cleveland and Toronto fans would be the biggest majority of trolls, but it has been kobe fanboys surpassing them by a significant margin. And I mean like 90% of the trolls have been kobe fanboys. Not laker fans. But, kobe fanboys. I guess it isn't surprising, since they seem to be the most immature. And yes we a lot of kobe fanboys coming here is getting really old and tiring.

I haven't done a thing to be considered "trolling", so don't try to backseat mod me.

I don't care enough to moderate who's trolling, not my problem, I avoid those posters and usually don't post in the threads they do or respond to them.

You brought up trolling first by saying people are trolling on your board as if you were suggesting that it justified your presence here. We really aren't interested in talking about kobe here, since this is a Heat board. So unless you just want to talk about Heat basketball there really isn't too much to discuss. We get that you don't agree with what some of us are saying, so repeating the same thing over and over again is pointless and just comes off as annoying.

Unless you want to talk about potential line ups the Heat can run or who they can pursue in with the MLE next season what is there to talk about regarding the Heat that would interest you?
