Davis wouldn't be a good fit with Al, he can't defend, shoot or pass we need a shooter (McBob) or a defensive big (maybe Biz one day) with Al

I don't want any part of Rudy Gay and i don't think we need to upgrade SF we need to upgrade SG/PF and no way in hell we sign Deng he wants a crap load of money we need to save that for Kemba

1-Draft Doug McDermott
2-Package POR and 2nd round pick to move up slightly (around 20) and draft BPA
3-Sign a SG
4-Resign McBob and Tolly for 1yr each
5-Sign role players who are good at specific things (defenders/rebounders/shooters/passers)

Gordon Hayward
Chandler Parsons
Lance Stephenson

How likely is it that we get 1 of the above?

Hayward, could probably outbid the Jazz for him b/c they're usually frugal (not sure it would be wise though)
Parsons I don't see going anywhere but resigning.
Stephenson, no clue. It will be interesting what develops with ET there now.

Agreed with Rudy and Deng. I would consider Deng if he gets under 7M/yr from us and that is highly unlikely. Deng has been on the decline for a couple years now and will probably get a real payday from a team that misses out on the star FAs like LA.

Agreed with your draft scheme and with McBob and Tolliver, though I'd be perfectly okay keeping them 2-3 years.

Role players I'd like: Anthony Morrow, Ramon Sessions, Jeff Adrien, Mike Dunleavy (might be able to be had for free if Chicago wants max cap space to sign Melo or something)
investigate Adam Silver

I also would like to see Dunleavy here. He amazing in far 3-points, he fast player and he have jump shot (not like MKG).

The best movement that the front office can make is re-sign Clifford as many years that they can.

Build the project around a good coah.

Patty Mills.

He's a free agent?

Definitely need to throw some cake at this guy.

2014 Cap Space Projections

Charlotte Bobcats

Projected First Round Picks: 11th (from Detroit, top-8 protected), 26th (from Portland, top-12 protected); Bobcats’ selection likely to Chicago (top-10 protected)

Projected Cap Space: $14.7-17.0 million

The Bobcats are still on the playoff bubble, but in the Eastern Conference, they should be able to finish in the top eight.

Charlotte’s 2014 first-rounder should end up with the Chicago Bulls, but the Bobcats will certainly get Portland’s selection. If the Pistons don’t drop much further in the standings, the Bobcats will also get a nice pick from Detroit.

Josh McRoberts has to decide if he wants to return for $2.8 million. The Bobcats can afford to keep Jeffrey Taylor at a non-guaranteed minimum contract and still have between $14.7 and $17 million to spend (depending on McRoberts’ decision).

Free agents Anthony Tolliver, Jannero Pargo and Chris Douglas-Roberts won’t take up any significant cap space if the Bobcats want to preserve their rights.

Luke Ridnour is the only free agent of note with an $8.4 million cap hold.

The Bobcats should be in a good position to add a solid free agent to a team that has gradually begun to improve in the Eastern Conference.

Remember that the next season we´ll have to offer a new contract to Kemba (8-10 M?)

we only offer him that much if he proves he is worth it in the playoffs, he has been ghastly these last few games

Kemba should get 8 per, but unless he shows more consistency next season he won't get Ty Lawson type money. Not even close to Lawson money, actually.

2 unrestricted vet free agents this summer I think would be good fits here:
Shaun Livingston & Trevor Ariza

I doubt we ever wanted to part ways with Livingston in the first place.

He was very good whilst here, he'd be an excellent signing imo.

what about Thabo Sefolosha he is unrestricted and would probably be relatively cheap for what he can do

I think Monroe would be like a McBob on steroids, depending on what the going rate for him is, would be worth exploring.
