Heck, give it 24 days and he'll be a signed Sun, in one capacity or another...he has no other options. I just sincerely hope it's:

a) not more than 4 years

b) not more than $13M/per

Any more than the above two and Bledsoe gets his way, which, is not good for future negotiations league-wide, IMO.

Have said it before.... The Suns have done nothing wrong. Restricted free agency is a chance for the AGENT and PLAYER...... to go test the market and assess the players worth. It wasn't the Suns job to establish his worth. It isnt our fault the rest of ghe league agreed with the Suns on his worth and maybe even believes our offer might be a slight over pay. The bottom line is.... he did NOT.... go out and find a better offer. He did NOT.... find a team who thought he was worth a sign and trade offer worth taking.... and he DID NOT.... make anyone nervous enough to trade for him now, as opposed to just attempting to see if he hits free agency next year. His value was set by us... witch was a favor to him for us to even start that high. Now its piss or get off the pot.... take your Q.O. and come in here and back up our committed guards for a year... or get your ass to the bargaining table with your tail between your legs..... or.... bring us a deal worth our time that YOU AND YOUR AGENT SET UP TO BENIFIT BOTH PARTIES!!!!!! STUPID ASS BLED AND PAUL!!!!!!

Random thought. If the Warriors offered us Thompson for Bledsoe straight up, would you guys do it? We'd likely be back in this same situation next year so I guess the question is really, would you be more willing to pay Klay over Bledsoe?

Yes I would do it. No I don't think the warriors will do it. And I would pay Klay a little more just because he plays SG which is a weak position in the league.

Not even worth talking about as it would never happen.

They weren't willing to part with him to get Kevin Love, whom they love, so why would they give up Klay for Bledsoe?

The difference with Love and Bledsoe is Bledsoe would be signing with Warriors long term. Love would have been a one year deal.

Warriors wouldn't do it though. I wish they would because Klay doesn't miss.

I think, at this point, he will sign the QO for sure.
He only wants to play here for tha Max and we are not willing to pay him...so...that is all.
Monroe has already signed, Blesoe will sign in a few days.

The comparison between Bledsoe and Klay is not that far off barring injury discussion. Klay is the better shooter, Bledsoe the better scorer and defender, though Klay is also a good defender.

Klay got 18.4 pts. in roughly 36 minutes per game on 15.5 attempts. Bledsoe got 17.7 in 32.9 mins. per game on 12.9 attempts Klay gets more usage beyond the 3 pt. line, while Bledsoe goes midrange and attacks the basket. Bledsoe scores double at the free through line, while Klay scores double from 3.

I know its not perfect, but Bledsoe's PER is more than 5 pts higher.

Contract and injury situation included, Suns would need to add more to get Klay. Maybe Bledsoe, Archie and Minny pick gets it done. Bledsoe guards the 1's and Curry guards the 2's

If Bledsoe does sign the QO and we try dealing him during the regular season by the deadline but he vetoes our trade offers, do you think we'll just take away his minutes in favor of our young guys or send him home for the rest of the season?

I think as long as we have Goran, we'll have the edge when it comes to a team signing him. He could def help this team long term.

Goran's had some nice plays this game too.

Anyone know where you can buy a Dragic Slovenia jersey or FIBA bball?

I do not think he wants to play for the QO. He is playing chicken right now and is going to use every possible second.

I think we should take his minutes. I think the day he takes the Q.O. we should extend Goran for a boat load of money.... bring Zorans on (because we took care of his family... Goran) and list the depth chart for the year on the Suns.com web site with Bled as 4th string pg behind Goran... Thomas... and Ennis and 5th string sg behind Green ...Zoran...Archie and the emergency 2guard PJ Tucker!!! Your move Dwarf Lebron!!!! HOW DOES F#@K YOU TASTE!?!?!? Is it salty?!?!? WE HAVE MORE IN THE BACK IF YOU ARE STILL HUNGRY!!!!

I'm all for signing Zoran, even if it is just the fifteenth player. I don't know what his current deal with Malaga is right now. I liked him last summer watching FIBA.

The danger there is, you don't want to give a poor impression to future free agents or RFA's for our team.

To start the year, build up his value and try to make a deal where you get a decent return. I know people aren't fond of Waiters but a player of his caliber is probably the best we can get since the team taking on Bledsoe is renting him with little chance to keep him unless they have max salary room.

I agree. My heart says bench him but my head says not too
