He does kind of have a point in that popular culture's version of the Raptor is a myth compared to what it probably actually looked like .. but reality's version isn't all that intimidating

The red version posted in the OP was quickly deleted and I think was a mistake.

They're supposed to have new colours next year.

I personally am very meh/don't like it much on the logo but on that flag it doesn't look bad. It's kinda funny reading this thread though, the first 3 pages or so people like it, but on pg. 5 people hate it.

I wish the Raptor claw logo became our primary logo. Not necessarily in these colours, but maybe just the claw in just silver or red with the circle being the same colour as the claw, no fill in the circle.

Question for Raptors fans: is "We the North" used as in, "We, the North, shall emerge victorious in 4", or as a lazy way of saying "We are the North"? I hope it's the former but fear it's the latter.

Not sure all this smack talk is that warranted right now. it's pretty clear that there is a danger the Nets could not make the playoffs. Believe me, I'll give full credit if you face the Raps again and beat us, but you gotta be objective here with your team's chances of making the playoffs. They're right on the borderline and if some team right below you gets hot, there's a chance the Nets don't make it.

I'm sure you guys would love a chance to avenge the playoff choke job to the undermanned Bulls a few years back, and the Raps would love to do the same here with the Nets. So I am pulling for you guys to make it. But the Nets have to be a better team than they look right now.

I wouldn't worry about having to tank a few games to meet the raptors in the playoffs, just try and make it first.
