Wiggins has been disappointing. Giannis is being handed the keys now in Milwaukee and I think when it's all said and done Giannis will have a much better career.

Giannis is much better at the moment but he has more experience in the NBA. Wiggins will be fine as long as he doesn't take a day of in the off-season, and works on his game like a maniac. He has such great tools that it would be a shame if he couldn't get close to his potential.

At this point, I'm taking giannis, easily.
He seems to have a great work ethic and his impact can be felt on both ends of the court. With amount of smallball being played he'll definitely be able to defend 1-5 and play 1-5. If he develops a solid J during the offseason, he'll be lethal.

As for wiggins, the jury is still out. I can remember the huge strides other SFs like paul george and kawhi made within months. I'm sure wiggins can do the same.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

Definitely taking Giannis here. At least for now.

Wiggins doesn't get nearly enough credit for being a second year player handling 28% usage at league average efficiency, on a team that doesn't shoot 3's.

It's not that Wiggins can't score, it's his feel for everything else. Poor awareness will hold him back.

This is pretty over at the moment. Wiggins is having another poor advanced stats season

Shows the power of marketing and hype. The only thing Wiggins has over Giannis is a more covered amateur career and was picked much higher in a draft, yet most people still assumed he'd be better.

Doesn't seem like much of a question that Giannis is the better player.

Giannis is currently playing like a top-5 player in an average NBA year. Wiggins is playing well, and his improvements are certainly promising, but it's unreasonable to take Wiggins going forward here. Giannis looks like he can and will be the best player in the league one day soon.

Wiggins still can't rebound for ****, btw. The only way Wiggins becomes an elite player is by developing into a star defender as a SF/PF hybrid who can shoot 3's and can also create his own shot and amp up his USG% to at least star scorer levels. Part of that formula is hitting the defensive glass so you can be trusted at PF. He sucks at rebounding. I don't get it considering his athletic ability. He needs to defend better and rebound more if he wants to get to the next level.

Savage bump, but yeah, this one's looking over. I honestly think Jabari is better than Wiggins right now too. If you gave him the green light that Wiggins has it'd be clearer.

For a perimeter attacker with a large frame, Parker's movements, explosion off the ground, and body control are elite. The dude is a really good athlete. Probably a better basketball athlete than young Melo. He and Giannis are a beastly duo.

Giannis is a better athlete than Wiggins, much higher motor and he's more skilled. I don't have a lot of hope for Wiggins as a great second option next to KAT, he could be a top 20 player one day if he really improves in a couple areas. I think if he shows marked improvement as a defender and passer he could be a top 20 player but he's a ways off from that.

Or his efficiency would crater.
