Myles Turner is known as a nice rim protector/defender, though when I watch him, his feet are really slow and he can't move side to side. Should I be worried?

He's been working on it. Talking to his trainer in Vegas, he never really was taught how to run. I know that sounds weird, but when you watch him, it rings true. I'm told he looks dramatically better. It was just about teaching technique and getting his legs a little stronger. He's doing a big workout on Friday in Vegas in front of a ton of NBA execs. I'll be there. We'll see. If he's fixed that, he's a very intriguing prospect. The first 9 or so guys in this draft are very talented. I really like the draft the closer we get to it.

i'm not an athlete, so could someone please explain this to me?

Myles Turner helped himself @ASM_SPORTS workout in Las Vegas today. Ran the floor extremely well in front of all the late lottery teams.

"We push each other every day,so it has been great for both of us"- Kristaps Porzingis on working out with Myles Turner at @Impactbball

No scrimmage for Myles Turner either. Rarity of Porzingis workout pushed Turner from spotlight, but not for long. Lottery pick. #NBADraft

I am sure Rob is high on Turner and that Turner is a strong possible choice for Orlando.

you must have missed the news that Turner does not have a reported workout with Orlando (unless he already worked out for Orl in secret). He's working out for teams 7-12 over the next 2 weeks.

Which players have workouts with Orlando?I have not heard anythig about this?
Even if Turner doesn't workout for Orlando that doesn't mean that Rob hasnn't done his scouting for Turner

Sorry guys but there's no way Orl drafts a guy in the first round (especially high lotto) without flying him to Orlando for a visit. I'm sure they scouted him but probably like other options more.

As far as our workouts, we've done a couple 2nd rounders. The only reported visit to happen so far is WCS coming in after his NY and Cha workouts.

We'll see if any info leaks over the next couple weeks for other players. Who knows, maybe Turned get slid in for a workout, but as of now, we aren't on his reported workout list coming up.

So WCS is our only workout for the first round. What if the knicks take him at 4?I cannot imagine Rob doing that and being so unprepared. He certainly has other candidates for the first round.

It a not because Ford didn't mention Orlando that he isn't coming.

But I agree with u, if he doesn't come for a private workout (or have not personally met), there is no chance Rob draft him

We won't be able to bring in Taps or Hezonja but I'm sure they are options for us to draft, but I understand what you are getting at.

That or wcs is the only one he feels has anything to prove in a workout. Other guys have exhibited their traits well enough maybe?
